If all family's would start this a notebook for home that everyone writes strange happening or threats outside family arguments or strangers in neighborhood anything out the ordinary and daily the family will read and sign that they aware this mabey take a pic upload to the flash drive, at least if something happens to someone their a place to look see who might be named a person of interest mabey if your going somewhere like school trip or mall take your pic put on flash drive.
