They keep alluding to input from the public rocket…Cant imagine it’s solely based on meta data..the police have done a great job in keeping it all under wraps.
Yes you’re right Ron. I probably keep forgetting the public input and witness statements because we’ve been privy to none of it, not a skerrick. Nevertheless, let the Detectives detect, and all of the pieces will come together and make sense to us in good time.

Can you sketch Em? We need a sketch. :D
Great idea!! The last sketch we have is August this year, but we have since heard that he is now sporting a beard and long hair.

Sketch from August 2024………

“Although a suppression order was granted on 8 April, it was subsequently lifted at Stephenson’s request.
However, the fact that the court was willing to grant this order, which was ordered to ensure that Stephenson received a fair trial, suggests that he won’t be facing a trial by jury. However, Victoria does not allow for a trial by judge alone. The Victorian approach, in contrast, emphasises due process, and says that no person should be denied the right to a trial by jury and that it would be unjust to do so.”

Could the second property 100 metres down the road be the gf’s parents place where the horses are?

“The alleged killer had been staying at the property on Yendon No 2 Road and another home situated less than 100m away along the same rural strip.”

Legislation changed 2022 to allow Judge only trials in Victoria. However he can't go that way if mental health is an issue.

That article, published last March, was a bit uniformed then. Mental health hasn’t been raised to date has it (that we know of)?
It was briefly touched on during that temporary suppression order business in March when, “Tamanika claimed his client was at risk of self-harm”.

Quite possibly. It would explain how she got the house sitting gig.

Potentially, a girlfriend waiting at home,
in-laws 100 meters up the road, the modern sky dome villa looking down upon the house, a recognisable ute, and a Summery Sunday where people, in groups and alone, are milling about outdoors and all over the place.
It could’ve been hard to be alone, or to go too far or too long undetected. Let alone to have your phone off for periods of time.

I deduced this must be the P O S matter, unknown to me why they haven’t used his name, I guess hoping to not attract crowds attending the court? It is the only Directions Hearing case dated 2024. I took the screen shot at 4.35pm today, and then 5 minutes later, the matter has been removed from the online listing.

IMO
