#MISSINGADULT Alex Williams was last seen at his care facility on Hardscrabble Road the night of Feb. 23rd. Mr. Williams is described as a 43 year old African-American male, is 5'5" tall and weighs approximately 175 lbs. If you see him call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
