Bringing this post forward. In these images a property owned by Christin Bunner is recorded as sold for $12,500 and is recorded on December 24, 2018. Christin was last seen on December 18, 2018. If this is the same Christin Bunner, she disappeared before this property sale and deed transfer was recorded.
Just wondering if she was murdered for this money.

Firefighters say arson investigators with the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene “due to several indicators that the fire was intentionally set.”

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Galligan and Hurlburt remain in the Spartanburg County Detention Center. ..."

Fire ruled undetermined ?

Investigators: Fire that destroyed home on Spartanburg property where 2 women were found buried ruled undetermined

On Tuesday morning, Una fire Chief Jeff Hadden said firefighters were called to the house just after 4 a.m.

They arrived to find flames shooting through the roof.

Hadden said the home is vacant and the fire is being investigated as arson.


Deputies began investigating, and SLED said one of their arson dogs was requested to assist in the investigation.

Wednesday afternoon, Spartanburg County arson investigators said they, and SLED's arson dogs were unable to find accelerant, nor was the fire's origin discovered.

At this point, investigators say the fire has been ruled undetermined.

Close friend of woman found buried in backyard of a Spartanburg County home speaks out

“I had seen a guy pass by when I was in the FaceTime with her and, just seeing it now in hindsight, it makes me sick."

The guy in the FaceTime video Gillam believes was Christian Hurlburt. The man deputies said killed Melissa and helped Jonathan Galligan bury Christin Bunner.

...Gilliam said Melissa loved to crotchet, and reading poetry. She was a mother and had a trusting heart. "She was very resilient."

Thursday, June 20th:
*First Appearance Hearing (@ am ET) – SC – Christin Eenee Bunner (26) & Melissa Rhymer () (Christin: missing Dec. 16, 2018, Arcadia; both found April 5, 2019 buried in backyard in Spartenburg) - *Jonathan Patterson Galligan aka “Stretch” (39) bf of Christin, arrested, charged & arraigned (4/6/19) with murder (Bunner) & 2 counts of accessory after the fact. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
*Christian Daniel Hurlburt (41) arrested, charged & arraigned (4/6/19) with murder (Rhymer), accessory after the fact & 1 count of possession of stolen pistol by a convicted felon. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
4/6/19: Arraignment for both. Next hearing on 6/20 for both.

Hi Niner - I don't really see anything different here than when I last looked. One exception is true bill date of 11/26/2019. I know the courts are backed up here even more so than normal with Covid affecting trials, etc.
