This Sheriff tells all the details. Too bad we can't get this kind of information on Haleigh's case.
Sheriff: Felt story wasn't factual. Talking with her about any issues she was having with the kids or relatives
Last night mother said she suffocated the kids and they were dead when she put them in the water
Reporter saying that she talked to an employee of the day care the boys went and they said she was a great mom and was all about her kids.
If she was unemployed and not working, along with "no provisions" for the children, how and why were the children in daycare?
Why would she qualify for daycare vouchers if she didn't have a job? Possibly she was supposed to be job-hunting.
She must have realized that the ME would determine the COD when she changed her "accident" story to a confession that she had killed the children. I too am beginning to think it was more to spite her mother. :furious: MOOShaquan Duley's 2-year-old tried to fight off his mother's suffocating hands Monday morning, said the Orangeburg County Coroner.
According to Coroner Samuetta Marshall, there were signs of a struggle and defensive wounds on Duley's oldest child. She did confirm that both children died from asphyxiation, which conforms to the mother's story told to investigators.

I feel so bad for the Grandmother of these little boys. She was trying to get her daughter to be a "mother" to these little children. IMO, she was trying to punish her mother. Now the Grandmother will most likely blame herself for arguing with her daughter. This is so much like Casey punishing Cindy to me.

I don't know about that one. The grandmother could very well be a controlling, awful person who pushed her daughter to do the unimaginable.
Either way, I guess there are no happy endings.
I can't place any blame on the grandmother. True, she might have been as wacky and cruel as Cindy A., but, WE are responsible for our own actions or inactions.
