and you're right CTPDMom - about her injuries! Just one black eye?

We shall see on what they have and will probably have "more" charges, like murder....

Anyone have access or a link to South Carolina court sites? I don't even know what county this is in. Guess I can go back and look! LOL!

I'm still questioning that those injuries occurred in a crash. According to the article posted above, she was going too fast around a curve and flipped her car. How does one receive that injury to both eyes, but no injury to their nose? Forehead? Something isn't right there.

I was thinking it's possible to get black eyes only if her face hit the steering wheel just right when the car flipped. But you are right it seems strange. Every story she told needs to be investigated. JMO.

I'm not a mod but Journalist fb posts are usually allowed. We just can't discuss the comments under his posts.

Two recent posts from Greg Suskin I see there:

Sheriff says the mother of Breanna Lewis is torn between paying for a funeral for baby Harlee and paying the money to get her daughter out of jail on bond. Bond is set at $71,000.

And:

Sheriff Brooks says they will search the house again today. Detectives were concerned about the lack of appropriate food for a young child. Sheriff says Lewis told them the child was “hard to handle” and “pushed her to the limit”.

I hope Harlee's grandmother does the right thing and pays for a funeral instead of bail. Let her daughter sit in jail. JMO.

Also, very concerning that there was no appropriate food for Harlee. Makes me wonder if she was starved. If the baby was hard to handle there are options she could have sought other than murdering her (or letting her die from neglect) and burying her in a diaper box.

I just have no sympathy for the moms in these cases. I had my son at 17 and he is now 23. Help was much more limited. The stigma was real being a young mom. My sons father passed away when he was 5. I kept going. Wasn’t easy. Heck still isn’t. But I could never harm my child. Never. I hope Justice is swift and severe.

Sheriff Brooks says this could still be an accidental death. So far Lewis is only charged with what police say she did after the death of her child. Bond was set for her today on three charges. Investigation is still very active including Local deputies and sled agents.

So she had a bond hearing. This Suskin guy says she has now 3 charges filed against. All I have is filing a false police report & improper disposal of human remains. Anyone hear what the other charge might be?

Yeah, the car crash is super fishy. You would know if your kid was in the car or not. Makes me wonder if Harlee was with a babysitter at all or just at home.

I searched by last name Lewis and middle name Denise. I searched the dates of May 25th thru May 31st.
