Of course all theories are welcome.
For myself, I do believe the date happened, because I believe the photo and TE's comment on receiving it.
I also believe she went home after the date and posted to tumblr while answering and possibly hanging up on calls she received (according to her room mate).
Then I believe she was lured out sometime between the hours of approximately 3am and 6am. After that, I'm not sure what happened and I'm not even ready to point fingers at anyone. Did she run into an RSO or other predator? Was she being stalked or did an old enemy have it in for her? I don't know, but what ever happened wasn't good.
My hope would be that she ran away by getting a ride with a friend to an area far from MB, maybe Maggie Valley. Or NY. But I don't think that happened.

I would love to know that she ran away, but I'm not thinking that's the case. I do agree with your post about the date, photo and TE's comments though.

Has the duration of the phone call at 6 am been released

Maybe the 17th is was the original date from the neighbor about the car, even though she corrected her timeline...just musing.

Maybe the 17th is used because this is the original police report and it was written up by the police officer and he was interviewing TE. TE told him last reported contact was on 12/17. Police didn't speak to date until after written up.

I also believe that she went out sometime on the morning of the 18th, possibly before dawn and that her car was left at PTL early (before daybreak) on the morning of the 18th. This is MOO and what I've interpreted from the information we are allowed to discuss.
Even though the car was "discovered" parked at PTL on the 19th, it was probably there since early morning 18th.
If I made the posters, I would want the earliest time period possible mentioned, as listing the 19th could mean important tips could be dismissed.

No details at all. I do recall reading there was multiple calls up until 6am, which was the last one.

One point that has amazed me is how fast the date was cleared! That was great for him, just seemed odd to me.

There has been so much talk regarding the picture HE sent her Dad of her learning to drive the truck - that is suspicious too.

IMO, the pieces of the puzzle are not fitting together at all in this case! Something is off!
Why would her car be parked at a boat ramp if she was not dumped in the ocean? Someone lured HE out of her apt., what happened next is the big question??

How hard is LE working on this case? How talented are they?? Let's pray the one piece that will open the case up happens soon!

It would seem odd to me that the first post on a thread by mods would include something like that? Only because as a new person looking at that post might be thrown off the track with this. As it is,we have a dearth of information since no pressers or comments and what verifiable facts we do have helps to create a starting point?
Maybe it's my attention to deatail & I'm still frustrated about the disappearance of that article which stated TE drove the car home. In my mind that created a break in any evidence that could have been gathered.
I know I'm new to this, but it certainly seems frustrating to me that we seem to be flailing around with nothing to grab onto and no concrete info or confirmation. It's been over a month, for Pete's sake!
Between the shoddy reporting and good old boy LE tactics :moo: there's really nothing to go by. I feel for the Elvis family & loved ones. I guess if I were in their shoes I'd be doing it my own way. With so many missing people in that area it sure seems there might be a lack of competance on ALL sides. :moo:
darn frustrating. I can see where people would lose interest.

Last seen referred to when she was last seen by her parents. As far as the car and good old boy LE tactics, you're assuming nothing was done to 'gather important evidence'. I can assure you, we haven't lost interest and everything is being investigated.

No. So many times are off in this case I'm not even convinced it happened at 6am unless I see phone records or LE comes out and states it. There was other information in the PR that turned out to be false so who knows what else might be wrong.

Some phone companies use a standard PST on their records, I believe. It's possible the time was actually 3 hrs later.. I will look for a link on this.

Edit: Originally stated 3 hrs earlier =| oops.

Ladyhawkke - are there any updates you can give us?

Do you think this was a random or personal crime at this point?

I do not think this was random. It is my opinion that the perp(s) knew Heather.

Yup. I remember discussion over this in one of the other threads.

But wouldn't the time actually be 3 hours later as opposed to earlier? If it said 6am on the phone bill and the bill is on PST it was really 9am EST (3 hours later)

ETA: I don't know that the bill was on PST, and even if it was they may have accounted for this already.

I didn't think of that. Plus it could get confusing with all the time zones. Goo thinking. I also know that we have three different cell company providers in our home, and it takes time to get the phone records. I didn't understand how it was able to be discovered the same day, actually within a very short time, about the phone calls.

Right now it is 11:50 EST, 10:50pm CST, and 8:50pm PST

Ladyhawkke ((HUGS)) I know it isn't getting any easier. I'm so sorry for what your family is going through. I check about 10 times a day to see if there are any updates. Hoping for a miracle soon.

The Phone Records - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community

here is a link to the Zimmerman thread that discuss it in detail. I will continue to look for an official T-mobile statement, or pull up some of my old statements shortly. My furry kids are demanding attention.

If he has t-mobile, you can log on anytime and get them. They aren't as detailed as the ones you get with a subpoena, but the general info to get started is there.

TE checked the account with T-mobile when he found out she was missing. I no longer have T-mobile and can't check the time stamp in the online records. But I believe if he called customer service they would have given him the standard time, pst, imo.
