Waitasec... I'm not at all saying she isn't a victim. I think she's a huge victim. I'm not sure how my post can be taken as a disservice to her, that wasn't my intention at all. She was involved with a married man that has children. It is what it is. That doesn't mean she isn't still a victim. And also, if this person is in fact involved in her disappearance, then he's even further victimized his children as well as Heather. So far I haven't seen any concrete evidence that says he is in fact responsible. Of course some stuff is questionable and his own lies have pointed to him, but still there's many things on her social media that could point to depression. However, my post in context talks about people stalking and threatening this family at their home. The children are the biggest victims. They didn't ask for any of this.

I agree and am also concerned about the children. No matter what, they shouldn't have their home encroached upon by strangers. It's bad enough that they're going through observing what's going on in their own home due to the discord between their parents. They also may be hearing accusations at school from what other kids are hearing in their own homes.
They are young children - too young to understand any of the irresponsible behavior on all sides but old enough to take it all in. It's too much.

OM not named a suspect ~ the report we've seen is the initial police report when the information was obtained from a father and then a roommate to a father and then to LE. LE didn't even know the names of entities blank and blank until TE spoke to the roommate and got back to LE (I think I have this right).
Therefore all the info on the initial police report would be considered hearsay in a court of law. LE uses the initial information as a starting point but, prior to verification against phone records, pings and the locations of the witnesses theirselves, it isn't evidence.

One or two people aren't going to spoon feed LE information that LE accepts as fact. It may prove to be fact but, until LE corroborates the information given to them through interviews and obtaining official phone records from the phone company, there are no facts or an official police report containing the proven case facts.

LE has NOT released any verified facts.
We don't know how the roommates words translated, as discussed earlier, due to the 'telephone game'. Another poster suggested that the comment made by BW where HE believed OM was going to leave his wife or left his wife (older peeps know that married men string their affairs along using this line all the time) may have been explained in general meaning that OM had been promising HE and she fell for it again for probably the umteenth time.

The facts can't be gathered from the little snippets, that are HEARSAY anyway, as we don't know the full context of the conversations that took place between TE and BW. If the roommate was describing the history of HE and OM's ongoing thing (to HE's father), BW may have been softening and/or sticking up for HE when saying OM kept telling HE he was leaving or had left his wife. And HE kept believing him.
We just don't know.

Wasn't it mentioned much earlier back that roomie was in NJ. That would make both of them on EST.......the same time zones.

There's no proof of where the roommate was. She texted she arrived in Jersey on the 22nd or 23rd.
Bugging me is the no facts statements we're just supposed to believe because someone said so. Some people who are named in the same report are off limits, while another and his wife are within limits.
Mods keep reminding that LE hasn't named any suspects.

Recently I watched two different cases featured on TV that were eventually solved, where the wrong person was hyperfocused on and sent to prison.
Both of the cases involved lots of circumstantial evidence combined with what people thought made the most sense. LE was guilty too.

I'm logging out now but would be happy to name the cases tomorrow if anyone is interested. I took notes to help myself build references since I can't remember carp. Examining solved cases is really eye opening and the truth can turn out very different from what meets the eye.

Has anyone ever been caught?? I don't know areas,but was this anywhere near Heathers place?? Could this same perp have broken into Heathers?? Since CCU is a very common thread amongst her circle,I wonder if there might be some connection???I believe Heather was attending CCU,and an MSM story said she was now attending online??Coincidence,or ????

also,was Heather in a sorority?? I keep seeing Γφβ popping up?

Except TE was quoted in MSM saying Heather just sent pictures of what she wanted & he'd get them & put under tree. He said "laptop" .

A while back in one of the earlier threads someone posted a tide chart & apparently PTL has different directions for different tides?? IIRC the tide was high when phone contact stopped.
If Heather ended up in the water somehow was that specific direction searched? Not a fisher or a boat person, but was wondering if any body or evidence could have traveled up or down that direction & got caught in a "corner"??

I found this article while browsing and although it has nothing to do with Heather's investigation, I found it disturbing.

the reason it might have something to do with Heather is that her circle of friends rt this-so obviously very worrying. These events also happened within 1 month of Heathers disappearance.
IMHO-CCU plays an important part here & so does the supposed sorority.Something smells funny :twocents:

Man accused of ramming his vehicle into another car on purpose

They say he began to insult them and rammed their car with his Jaguar three or four times and nearly pushed them into the intersection, according to the report.

The suspect's car is described in the report as a blue or green 2005 Jaguar with South Carolina license plate IRE448.

All three women sustained minor injuries.
