This is correct. SM is not a person of interest or suspect. He is not sleuthable here. He is not discussable here other than what is known thru main stream media and from law enforcement.

The new article changes nothing. LE says there are no suspects or persons of interest.

I totally agree, I hope nobody took that the wrong way. im just saying, I can't imagine the soul shattering devastation that he must feel every second... I can't say I'd be operating at full capacity mentally, kwim?!

If Heather and/or OMM frequented PTL, hopefully LE will know. Both parties phone records (as well as the "I will find you" guy) should have been pulled from the carriers by now and LE should have a good idea if OMM and HE have seen each other since October.

As far as noone missing Heather, my theory (based on my own college aged children's jobs) is that her friends/family were used to her working late & sleeping during the day, so they wouldn't call during the mornings. If they tried to call later with no answer, the assumption would be she got called into work and had to turn her phone off. Even if someone is not scheduled, when someone calls in sick or with car problems, etc., they could get called in at any time or be asked to swap shifts.

They may also have thought that Heather was spending time with her new 'boyfriend' and wanted to give her space.

I am now confused..... I swear when I watched it that is not what he said. Plus I had a discussion off of here about this with screen shots of this article. To my point though....he was given the names of both Ex's or people because they were on the police report. So, if he was talking about violent ex, I actually have an even bigger issue with him saying he didn't know his name. But, I don't think we can discuss that. Regardless, he says he was never given the name but he was given the police report. He had to of been given it, so he had both names. There is no reason to lie. Or is there, as some say there is with SM living about the phone call? That was the point I was making.

I stand by my statement. Now, into the reports. first, the Moorer's were not anonymous before the report was released, but we can't go into full details. One thing I will say is that it is clear from the article above and the police report that TE know who SM was ask in December. Now, he did say in an interview on HLN on 1/21 he claims to have no idea what his name is, so I guess that is a lie. The moorer's were not anonymous.

Is there direct proof that LE release the police report? Not opinion. Direct proof. Not looking to argue or be attacked. I am looking for a real discussion regarding this. I ask this because it would be I do not know the answer for certain. I was wondering where it originally came from and if an apology was issued, etc. Regardless, IMO, they are not ruined because there names were on the report. There was another name on the report that was listed as a possible violent ex. He is not ruined! They are ruined because of the things said about them. I don't know them, but I don't like the way they have been treated. I find it disgusting how people can take a name and drag it through the mud because someone THiNkS they are guilty. Yes, they have lied....so have others. Yes, they said mean and horrible things. Others did first, it just wasn't made public...interesting, huh? Two wrongs never make a right. And guess what...Heather is still missing.

In fairness, no one knows what info TE may be privy to. Perhaps he has been led to believe by people he trusts of a likely scenario that can't be proven beyond a reasonable doubt....yet.

I'm very uncomfortable judging TE's actions considering what he is going through without knowing everything he has been told.

I have never heard of the person filing the missing person report not getting the report or being able to. He reported her missing, I am gathering, after the car was discovered. We can't talk about how the name got on the report, but....TE spoke to the roommate that night and the roommate talked to LE and the report was filled out. LE said the violent ex wasn't identified when the report was concluded. It said who supplied the info, but we can't say. Let's just place our opinion. Either the roommate supplied it and it was discussed, the roommate supplied it and it was kept from TE or TE supplied it. I don't see how he didn't know. I am not buying it. Also, the police report with all the names was released on 1/17. So if he didn't have it, he would have seen it then. This was on 1/21. IMO, he knew the name.

I know I'm new here...but am I missing something that's MORE obvious than the actual circumstances we all have discussed here? Certain posters here will talk for hours about what TE said on one interview compared to what NG said on her show, but won't touch certain other facts that have come out that point in the most obvious direction....

I graduated from CCU & Gamma Phi Beta is definitely one of their larger sororities... but I personally haven't heard anything about HE attending classes there. It's likely she has a lot of friends who do/did though and I imagine some of them could be in that sorority. I don't think a lot of CCU students live at River Oaks though and it's not close enough to the school where someone would assume it was filled with college student. Most students live in apartments closer to the school on 544 or in the middle of Carolina Forest like Canterbury, Turnberry Park, or Seaside Grove... from what I can tell.

I think it happens in every case to some extent. [modsnip]. Or some just want to pursue other avenues of thinking so they don't get tunnel vision. Everyone has different motives for following certain lines of evidence or lack thereof.

I do not think you are missing anything. You seem right on track.
