I was just coming here with that. I just got the alert on my phone from wmbf, read it, threw up a little in my mouth, and once my heart returned from my stomach I shared with my co-workers and then came here.

Hmm,I wonder if this is what precipitated a presser by LE? This is getting way too crazy & maybe the FBI said something like we're gonna start doing it this way.
This is serious stuff for a bunch of yahoos to be messing with. I bet they have no idea what they're getting into. Maybe this will bring about a new way of dealing with things.
I have nothing but respect for all of LE,but maybe the extra agencies and people will bring their investigative techniques into the 21st century?
That seems to make it more hopeful to find more of the missing people and put an end to some of the suffering. Also glad that the local paper will start carrying stories of the missing. Maybe there'll be a change?

In this article, it states the incident with Mr Elvis happened AM not PM. Here we go again with media inconsistencies.

I don't know if this is it or not, but there's only one incident listed on the Horry County Daily Crime Report for that day at 1:20, and it's listed as having occurred at 1:20pm at "S GREEN SEA RD&N HWY 701 HORRY COUNTY".

Terry told LE that, according to the pr, according to the myhorry articles. I have never seen anything to back this up. But, yet he's not cleared. Not understanding why.

It seems like the guys must be following/reading about the case online---or know someone who knows the family--because I feel like Heather's sister's name hasn't been that publicized. Like if they were just two idiots who saw the posters around town, would they know her name?

Curious to know if Heather had kept in contact w/ex bf after the breakup....it's strange that ex bf AND OM have both not been officially cleared by LE.....one reason why LE may not have released info pertaining to ex bf could be if Heather and ex bf were still in contact after breakup and he is providing LE with some sort of insight/knowledge in regards to heathers state of mind / or other relationship issues she may have been upset/conflicted about? Just speculation on my part, it's just odd "we" know so little about ex bf

I'm not local so I am not sure if that is where Market Commons is (where Terry Elvis has his business.

There were two articles posted here regarding the threat incident. One said 1:20 am and the other said pm. Honestly, it makes more sense that it occurred in the afternoon, but who knows. Probably a mistake or typo.

Heather's sister has been singing at fundraisers, had her name in paper/online many times and is a Miss something beauty pageant winner, so her name might not be unknown, especially in a town where people seem to know one another, according to locals.

Is it possible that the two hoons were put up to it? To take the heat off OMM & others? It's quite telling that the vehicle appeared to be without registration plates, and that the incident occurred right out the back of TEs business.
