Rednecks wear it everyday, especially since duck dynasty became so popular. Those dogs look like the type to retrieve a duck from a wetland. So maybe he is a duck hunter. Plenty of wetland down there.

I only wear mine duck hunting, or that time it snowed ten inches over night and my snow boots were in my car (y'all have a nice laugh with that picture).

Her GooglePlus account yesterday read: "Hello everyone! My name is Tammy Moorer and I am a travel agent with Magical Travel. ..." and she had a fb page for her business that was deleted within a few weeks of Heather's disappearance. Maybe tax evasion related to that business? Maybe claiming vacations as write-offs? I keep wondering if during the time they claimed to be in California in January, they weren't actually caught on the cameras driving around town?

Doing some google searches on "financial discrepancies", and found this definition:

http://financial-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Discrepancy 1. A letter of credit where the holder does not comply with the terms set forth in it. A discrepancy voids the letter of credit.

2. More generally, any deviation from an agreement or contract.

Maybe (just pondering here) one or both of them illegally broke a contract with a client? Taking down the Disney sites so quickly, if she had collected money from a client and didn't deliver the vacation, would that scenario fit into the definition?

If that's the case, someone stayed very quiet all this time and helped get them hauled in, IMO.

I think that if had anything to do with taxes, there would be IRS audits, etc... and that would take quite a while? Not sure, though. He worked for a legit company, from what I understand.

Like you said, it has to be more than that. Ugh, I wish they would list the charges already, it's driving me nuts! :scared:

I'm talking "State" related not Fed.

Unemployment, Welfare Benefits, Tax Filing Status, Business Income.
Could be many things, guess we'll have to wait and see.

When I looked at their property records, something was hinky. Can't remember exactly. I saw where they bought the property from her Mom and Dad (Caison), but then it looked like there was a quit claim filed? Anyone else remember? It struck me as odd, usually means financial shuffling is occurring ...

And the photo is titled "smhunt" implying he is a hunter.

FYI, the thunder is starting in Socastee, which is where the Moorers live. We're under a tornado watch.

This is not an alert on this post, just a question for ANY mod that can help me puleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze! It took me over 5 minutes just for this screen to get stable!

When on threads, I 90% get a message of "websleuths is not responding to a long running script".... is an error message I get over and over and over again. Is there a way to resolve this as the page doesn't load... and most of the time I have to cut/paste into a new tab to correct, and often it just does the same error again?

TIA for your assistance!

That happens when there is a ton of page refreshing going on. Just remember not to repeatedly click and it will help.

<photo snipped for lack of artistry>

I think the tattoo hack misspelled. Shouldn't it read "Tummy"??? :waitasec:

Maybe he can have it revised now... ;)

BBM

My experience with quit claims was involving a property line dispute. Don't we know of a very public one involving that property?

Could this arrest have anything to do with giving false info to police? Also, what about the time gap between bookings?

I'm sure not by coincidence but Sidney Moorer was let go from his contract with Tilted Kilt shortly after the disappearance of Heather. I'm surprised he was able to gain employment in the area even though up until now he wasn't charged with anything. I would assume Tammy wasn't getting to much business herself from any locals (especially after her tirades on FB). I also wonder because of their house being located on her parents property if there is any tax/mortgage(if any) issues.

The person who founded CUE has the last name as the C in TCM, could they be related? Perhaps someone has already mentioned this and I missed it. I just noticed it and thought it odd.

I lived across the state line in NC, MB is a 20 minute drive. The Caison name is is a common name in that area. CUE is based in Wilmington, NC. Also on the coast. Had a dear family friend pass away last month in the area with that name and I had asked years ago if they were related and he said no. So it's a 50/50 maybe.

OT...had to go out for a bit...when I started my car, a commercial about Myrtle Beach was playing...I am in NM...very weird. Never heard it before.

Being a Disney only travel agent is pretty common. A lot of Disney die hards seem to try it out at some point. I'm guessing it was legit, but probably didn't make much money.

I wonder if in examining their accounts, LE found they were being paid in cash for jobs, not claiming the income. I have heard some people do this, believe it or not, lol. Maybe LE was looking for any large transactions i.e "hit man" type of thing. JMO

so most of us think she was controlling his facebook page..is it possible that the 'PM communications' that night from 2-6 were her posing as him to get heather to come out and that was the 'damaging' info terry spoke of?
