The Elvis family released a statement around 10 a.m. Friday, according to the Find Heather Elvis Facebook page.
It said, "We are in constant prayer today and ask that you keep us and those who are working so hard to find answers in your prayers today also. God please continue to hear our cries for justice and mercy, thank you for your grace on those who seek your face."

As usual, the Elvis family responds with dignity and grace. Prayers for them.

I posted as LittleBitty35 (you may know me from a few threads) but I couldn't remember my old password and it was tied I think to an old email. Any rate, that old account is still there...but I am posting as Bittiness now.

Question: I should know this, legal degree and all, but how long can they hold these two in custody without charging them? I hope charges are forthcoming if possible.

Man ohhhhhh man......

IMO I think that LE has known (or had a pretty good idea) what happened and who is responsible for a while but didn't have enough proof to do anything. I think that the police report and all of the hub bub that happened was no accident. I don't think that LE did any of it but sure as heck didn't stop it. With all of the agencies that are at their house something major had to happened. Just like us here they finally got their green light.
