I think her body was brought back to the Moorer compound and somehow, someway, disposed of from there. I believe Tammy's "wink" about SM being a good chef has something to do with how her body was disposed of, or prepared for disposal. I also believe there are other people who have knowledge of this (not that they knew it would happen, but know details about what happened after the fact).

Oh boy, I have listened to/read so many things, I am not sure what came from where, but I will give it a whirl.

They said that Heather left PTL with the Moorers, that some of the evidence is DNA, that they think they have plenty of evidence without either one of them talking, that that FB page had a very positive effect on the case, they do not want to give them bond because they are a flight risk, and that SM does not like being in the pokey because he is INNOCENT

I wouldn't pass. If it was my child they had murdered, I would tear them both from limb to limb....and I don't think a jury of my peers would convict me.

I would like to think I would be classy and offer forgiveness....but it would take a long time for me to get there.

If I was on your jury, I would not convict you. Even if you did it in front of 10,000 witnesses. On live TV.

I'm thinking LE found items of Heather's clothing, probably bloodstained. Maybe a "blouse"? I'm curious about the "toothpaste", what could that mean? This is an awkwardly worded statement! The part where a bag over someone's head conjure up horrifying images. Is this what TCM and SM did to Heather, or is Richardson just using this as an example of what most people think when they hear the word kidnapping? Could the mention of "out of state" be one of the things LE is thinking about where TCM and SM disposed of Heather Elvis? - Wow, this thread is sure moving fast!

Then why do so many on death row repeatedly file appeals? IMO, there a difference between hoping for death and staring the reality of it in the face. If the can smuggle in drugs and make homemade shanks, they can find a way to off themselves if they want it that bad. MOO

but maybe you're not thinking like a criminal? The person stating that worked in prison & might have better access to those kind of people. Maybe they keep filing appeals cuz they have noting better to do? Look at all the recent killers (IK,Iraqkiller) who have hung themselves looking for a way out since there's no parole??Not to mention, there REALLY HAVE been people framed unjustly-look at the Innocence Project.
Even the Bible states Thou shalt not kill. It didn't say except for those who kill. If these kind of people are sick or just plain evil what better way to punish than let them lose their freedom & revisit their deeds 24/7?
Life is never fair. The best we can do is try to learn from it and move on..

Some of the most charming people I've ever met are the ones behind bars for heinous crimes. There is nothing more jarring than having an actual civil conversation with someone, enjoying it, then realizing, holy sh** they're in here on aggravated robbery and 2 homicide charges. And they will ALL tell you how innocent they are. The devil in sheep's clothing. The lot of them.

That's because most of the people in prison are psychopaths... but not all psychopaths are criminals. jmo

I can't keep up at all with the thread. It's two pages more by the time I finish the last and I'm skipping pages to catch up. *sigh*

My heart is breaking for the Elvis family, those who knew and loved Heather and for the loss of such a beautiful young woman.

The date on that post mentioned is 2-14-14. The date on the warrant for murder is 2-14-14. Has it crossed anyone's minds that Heather may have been held for a time? I just don't see this (date) kind of mistake being made, especially twice. I can't say more, it's just such a heart wrenching thing. imo

Just ignore any comments by their supporters the facts and forensic evidence speaks for itself. The people who know the suspects are probably in shock and denial about what they have done. I would struggle to believe someone I knew had murdered someone but they will see the reality soon enough.

Just looked through historical imagery of this property on Google Earth and couldn't see anything that looks like a swimming pool. Possibly there was an above-ground pool set up at some point? But no in-ground pool that I could find evidence of.

The date of the current satellite image of this property on Google Earth is dated December 13, 2012. Historical images are dated June 28, 2011; March 12, 2011; April 19, 2010; October 30, 2007; October 13, 2006; September 4, 2005; June 25, 2003; and February 3, 1994.

Today marks my first full day stuck using only Tapatalk.. I have no idea how you guys tolerate it.. also, apparently it leads to pent up verbosity, so I apologize in advance. What today revealed was just.. disgusting. I guess most of us knew this would be the outcome in some shape or form at some point, but actually hearing it, and seeing the photos of the parties responsible standing that close to Terry? One of the more appalling aspects is the fact that the IE occurred in such close proximity to the murder. How you could be intimate with somebody knowing you're about to go take somebody's life, regardless of mismatched enthusiasm or elements of coercion? And doing it again afterwards? Boasting about doing it on Facebook? It's either straight up sexual sadism or TM using sex as a tool of terrorization and power, much like a rapist. When they say "rape isn't about sex" I now firmly believe they're accounting for defective psyches like that of TM's.

Also, I don't have a link, but it was on the dis boards post in which TM floored all her admirers into breathless awe and wonder with her gritty and poignant depictions of a lascivious rock star past (aka, IMO!, "hi um can I get a picture with you? one of my concert photos was in a hotel brochure!").. After a relatively recent post-children photo with some lead singer she posted another photo of said singer with his young, blonde wife and their own child, captioned (paraphrased): "[So and so]'s wife. She's a playboy model. Might as well include her I guess."

Regardless of context, that struck me as dripping with baseless vitriol. I'm sure TM's the type to throw around misogynistic slurs, since we saw her do it in that early rant about Heather. How can someone so allegedly open and unorthodox in their own sexuality be so condemning? IMO her fear of the "promiscuous temptress," and the need to be selected over her, has been eating Tammy up on the inside since day one.

Another eerie parallel to my disturbing and controlling and hypocritically philandering college roommate and her boyfriend who wasn't allowed to talk to other girls yet on FB was "best boyfriend ever!" due to bouquets he had to buy her as apology for god knows what. He was strictly forbidden from looking at and she could burst into tears at the thought of him doing it. She loved humiliating him, threatening him, belittling him. They had a "threesome" in which he and a girl from the internet took turns doing things to her, but weren't allowed to undress or look at, much less touch, each other. Sorry if I keep bringing this up, it's just severely unsettling how many similarities I see, and I don't know what to call these psychological patterns that manifest in people's relationships but it's absolutely terrifying.. and in Tammy's case, took the most tragic turn possible. From what I observed of said roommate, the rage seemed justified even if there was no proof of conversation having occurred. It was targeted at the lustful thoughts she assumed he was having. As others have said about HE and SM, it may have been the mere potential for romantic feelings that triggered all this, and not even the physicality. I don't think any action of Heather's contributed to this in any way, despite what comments on certain articles are suggesting. Knowing what we know now I think a similar fate could've been sealed for her the day Tammy saw her gazing absentmindedly in her husband's direction. Nothing anyone said to her would have mattered provided her own fantasy was set in stone, and I think that's been true of most things, and most relationships, for most of her life. MOO.
