Hey 1000000% understand that and I was trying to be a help as she and I were discussing it. Not trying to be a problem at all!

You are no problem, you are very helpful <3
I'm sorry that my post made you think that. (I'd send you a blow kiss little emoticon if I knew how to with tapatalk :) )

The warrants state that HE was killed at PTL so we can assume that LE believes that they can prove that she didn't leave alive.

Yes. Then the bigger question looms, since she hasn't been found at PTL, how did she leave? By water or by vehicle.

Just wondering about a car wash.

I wonder if LE has surveillance of either of the M's at a car wash.

This is a bit far fetched, maybe, but if the M's went to a car wash and used the vacuum there...LE could gather the vacuumings (not a word...but what is the word?) and those could show evidence of a crime.

Just a thought.

I had that problem the first couple days after I downloaded it and felt like a complete idiot. :blushing: I wasn't signed in. Maybe that's all you need to do.

Well if it is her blood, in a significant amount, that will not work, IMO.

I think if it was a "significant " amount we would have heard about it much earlier but any blood DNA is a step forward in this case as I see it. Hair or skin cell transference can be explained away with reasonable doubt but blood ,imo, is a horse of a different color.

I can only think of 'debris'; but, I hate thinking of that word in this context. I am sure you know what I mean. :headache:

or urine......... I am so sad we have come to this point. I am fearful that she may never be found.

Where is Heather?

Well, IF Heather's DNA was found in one of their vehicles, and IF if was found in something like, say, a toolbox that stretches across the width of the truck bed, that would be an extremely unlikely place for a live person to have been. In addition, IF there were broken and bloody fingernails where a happen to still be alive person were trying to claw their way out, and IF there was other evidence showing that said contained person did not get out of said toolbox alive or there were tools in said toolbox with certain DNA on them indicating being used on anyone, that would be pretty condemning. That's just IF anything were found in that area that I was conjecturing on.
Just thinking out loud....

If I'm ever abducted, I'm blowing snot rockets all over the perps vehicle! I've never heard of someone being convicted because of DNA from boogers

In a posting on the social media site from Feb. 20, Tammy Moorer also wrote that her husband had cooperated with Horry County police during their investigation and they had previously allowed police to inspect their home before Friday’s search warrants were served. In that posting, she said that police served three warrants for the couple’s telephones, video surveillance and one of their vehicles at the couple’s home and Tammy Moorer’s parents’ home.

Horry County police issued search warrants Friday after "in an attempt to identify potential evidence based on new information obtained through expert analysis of previously seized surveillance tapes in the area along with financial discrepancies filed with the State of South Carolina on behalf of the occupants of the residents," according to a news release.

http://www.myhorrynews.com/news/crime/article_a500148a-9c85-11e3-a92f-0017a43b2370.html

It is possible the surveillance tapes showed what the Moorer's were wearing the day of the phone calls and LE wanted that clothing for analysis.

MSM reported that two vehicles were taken: SM's new Ford F-150 and Wm Caisson's pickup. There may have been more vehicles taken but I can't find any links right now so I won't say for certain.

I'm a little confused here . The new F150 (Black Ford pick up truck) is SM's? The red GM(GMC or Chevy) with the attached toolbox and cb antennas is William Caison's? So where is TM's new tricked out truck?

Wow... my mind is reeling from that take on this horror. If this was planned why would sm call h.e.? I can see tm saying kill her to prove I'm #1 and them even planning it... but they got involved by phone records and ptl being so close to their home to boot. I don't see them as this smart. I think they tried covering things up by actually cleaning and by stupid posts on SMedia.
On the payphone deal... even before this horrific thing happened after the cellphone became popular everytime I saw someone using a payphone my mind instantly goes to the word "cheater"! Now I'll probably think about this case.

All just my opinion...

I can't imagine what whacked out plan went through the Moorer's minds with the phones, but Heather would not have disabled her own phone after the 6am call.

If the cell times are to be believed, then whoever SM was calling or signaling with the 6am call was the person who disabled the phone, and since the last ping was off Peachtree tower, that person was not with SM at that moment in time. They were still (or once again) at or near Peachtree Landing.

So, if the person SM was calling was not Heather, then whatever happened to her had already happened.

JMO, a controlling personality would not agree to be left without a vehicle in the middle of the night near the scene of the crime. Hence, my two vehicle theory.

Other options would involve hours spent on site at PTL or back and forth trips by the Moorer's to PTL (placing Sidney at pay phone and HE's phone at/near PTL).
I don't see either of these being probable.

I believe one of the vehicles had to have been SM's. Whether SM arrived at PTL first or second, a vehicle other than his own would've been odd, suspicious to HE. I'm not saying she wouldn't have gotten out of her car when she confirmed he was the driver, I just don't know how he would've explained having any vehicle belonging to the Moorer or Caisson families if he'd supposedly just left his wife. I don't think the Moorer's would've taken the chance on anything that might've made Heather drive on by PTL, or drive away at the sight of an unexpected vehicle.

I don't think HE would've spent much time at the condo before heading over to PTL. Having worked late nights in restaurants and bars in Myrtle Beach for years, I don't find it strange at all that she would go back out at a very late hour (2:30am)

I would find it strange if she went back out even later than that, the call or text to/from SM being received well after she'd arrived back at the condo.

She would've likely already changed her clothes for bed, washed her face, been "in for the night."

If she'd sent/received the call or text soon after her last social media post at 2:09am, I can't see her spending a great deal of time at home hanging out before driving over. Maybe just long enough to put on long pants, grab a heavier sweater/jacket, touch up her make-up etc.

I think SM had likely, in the earlier call, said something to the effect that he had to see her that night. She'd probably already decided to go, this not being information she'd be proud to share with her roommate.

Perhaps she'd been making the social media posts waiting for his signal, the "all clear" or confirmation to meet at PTL.

It's just a hunch, but I don't think Heather was a participant in the 3am series of contacts between hers and SM's cell phones either.
