I wonder in what manner TM's IE cases were disposed? State dropped the case? Wouldn't the actual disposition be listed in the system? Has anyone seen what the actual disposition of this case (TM IE charges) is?
We had all thought disposed just meant she posted bond but if she posted bond on the ObJ charge and that isn't listed as disposed then I guess there is something going on here that we weren't aware of.
Did the state drop the IE charges against TM?

This article states the charges later disposed against TM. Hopefully someone will be able to check Horry County to see if it has been updated or remains the same. I have the worst luck with that site!

OK, now it says disposed. Earlier today it clearly said 'dropped'. It has been changed.

The disposed thing has been on her file for weeks--maybe even since right after the murder charges were filed. We talked about it at the time.

Agreed, which is why I was shocked when the link up thread showed the reported stating the charges dropped (i.e., not oj just the IE ones)

But now the media is reporting as if the charges are no longer pending but according to the Horry County case search all charges are still pending.

I agree that it's clear that Heather was at the PTL at the time in question with what has been released so far. LE has her phone and car at that location. There may be even more evidence to support her being their that we haven't seen yet. MOO.

I found another listing for him for Lord Berkeley Academy in Moncks Corner (Class of 1995). His profile 'story' says life is better than he ever imagined (moved away, fell in love, got married, had kids, built his dream house and started his own business).

What did HRE do for 45 minutes? This time span is important. What if she wasn't alone during that time? And what if the next call to SM's phone wasn't from HRE at all?

That's the time frame that she posted things to her tumbler account.

Could be a clerical error or the solicitor put those on the back burner since they filed the heavier charges.
