yeah but if you were hiding a fling, you wouldn't want a trail for your spouse. kwim?

Most hotels (that I know of) require a credit card on file, even if one pays with cash. That way, they have easy access to charge the CC for any damages, room service, pay-per-view TV, Wifi charges, etc.

Of course, I'm sure there are seedy places out there that rent by the hour. Just saying.

Also, perhaps I've never read the poster carefully, but it says her car was discovered at PTL on 12/17.

LE can do a lot of investigating without ever naming a POI. They never have to name anyone publicly. They can do their thing and make a sudden arrest.

So here's my question. If you were not a SERIOUS poi, and you were getting aLOT of carp...like to the point that you might even be in danger. Wouldn't LE be ethically obligated to say something to slow things down a little? I'm serious, I really don't know, but it would seem right.

I am not sure if we are allowed to speculate as to the dynamic of the relationship with the OM but I see your POV. She is 20 and if this OM has children I can't imagine HE ready to settle down with step kids. This is obviously IMO b/c some 20 yr old girls are ready for that kind of relationship but this def makes me think that the RM was correct in saying he had left his wife and HE crying about it b/c she was being a carefree 20 year old. So many possible scenarios. IMO

has there been a POI because if not where is this info coming from?

You would not need a credit card to rent a hotel room. You can buy a visa or MasterCard gift card and load money onto it using cash at certain places. You don't even have to register the gift card in your name and it is reload able.

Are you referring to a picture?

could you explain more?

TIA... :seeya:

What are you referring to? I've had to wait all night to ask! :scared:

Hi peeps. Since a mod removed the picture (along with one of my better unrelated posts imo :blushing:), I'm not sure I'm allowed to share. I'll try but, if not allowed, will delete.

Someone posted a picture of HE that allegedly was taken in August, 2013. HE is kneeling with a large tattooed item draped over her left shoulder (a person?). The background of the pic is black.
It was late, I was tired and blurry eyed. When I saw the pic, since it didn't register what is draped over her shoulder, the image kind of freaked me out. Although kind of weird imo, the image looks artistic.

Since my comment wasn't deleted, I hope it's okay that I'm offering an explanation as to why I made it in the first place.

Sadnpod ~ and all afternoon too before getting an answer!

They may have just used a vehicle or her apt. when her roommate was working for a tryst.

In Katherine Phillips case LE did a presser just to say mom was not a suspect. That was basically over SM bashing her....
I don't know if that is the standard procedure or not

my water & power bills show overall usage, nothing broken down more than that. hubby worked for water dept for years, he said you can't narrow it down like that.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could.

The posts she made that night are "reblogged" on Tumblr. It's like retweeting, you just repost what somebody else already put up. So nothing she posted after the date was original content from her. She was probably just browsing a feed and reblogging things she saw that she liked.

I use Tumblr and will often reblog things to pass the time while I'm waiting for something to happen or someone to arrive. I have a feeling that's what HE was doing.

I don't believe anyone involved in her disappearance used her Tumblr. I doubt someone who had just committed a kidnapping/murder would be in the frame of mind to browse poetry and artwork, and there wouldn't seem to be much of a point to it.

maybe initially... maybe the wife (TW!) found out where she lived....

...And I'm back to wild speculation in my head. Taking a break. :)

Probably not, ethically, as long as they did not bring the person's name into in the first place. People conclude husbands are guilty, etc. and LE does not always correct the impression. They carry on. I think if they definitively clear a person, they often say so, but they can't always do that.
