If he did have a family, and was prepared to leave it, thats some serious commitment to the new relationship. Maybe Heather didn't want it to go that far. She is only twenty and a free spirit. I could see that making the older man very angry, if he felt he'd lost a lot, or given up a lot for her.

I am not sure if we are allowed to speculate as to the dynamic of the relationship with the OM but I see your POV. She is 20 and if this OM has children I can't imagine HE ready to settle down with step kids. This is obviously IMO b/c some 20 yr old girls are ready for that kind of relationship but this def makes me think that the RM was correct in saying he had left his wife and HE crying about it b/c she was being a carefree 20 year old. So many possible scenarios. IMO

I don't think she went to his house. Maybe to a Hotel??

I think it's wherever she has met this guy in the past. They find that spot I wouldn't be surprised if that's not where the crime took place. JMO

Is there a way to verify what sort of electricity or water was used in He's apartment. Wouldnt that be able to show she was there at a certain point.

This is a very interesting angle... And one I have never thought of...

Note to self: Good to remember for this and further cases...

I cannot see of the person called or texted, but I can also unblock the person by sending a text to the same number with the word UNBLOCK and the number. The blocked party is not aware they were blocked.
I understand you can unblock...but if you just turn it off temporarily when you turn it back on you can review voicemails etc, at your discretion. Even though she might be saying it's over, she may have been conflicted about cutting someone off completely. MOO.

I would think there had to be a place to conduct a relationship if it got to the intensity of the older man being willing to leave his family, IF he had one.

I can't see that being done chit chatting at work, (the article did say he was a possible co worker I think) or sitting in a car.

I hope LE is pouring over this man's financials, seeing where he may have spent his free time.

Was her car discovered abandoned on the 17th? :banghead:

In response to the new flyer.

Being attached to her phone, she could easily block a harrasser. I simply text the word BLOCK and the telephone number to a number provided by my service provider (which I just google) and it prevents that number from calling or texting me...or me it. But I don't know if younger kids know you can do this. It is easily discovered if you google "block a number on my phone" and similar searches.

Thank you for all the welcomes!

what happens if they use different phones or a payphone?

The posts she made that night are "reblogged" on Tumblr. It's like retweeting, you just repost what somebody else already put up. So nothing she posted after the date was original content from her. She was probably just browsing a feed and reblogging things she saw that she liked.

Since OM face isn't in the news (yet) if this were the case local hotels may not be aware AND since no bank records have been pulled (yet to my knowledge since there is no POI named) this is possible. If OM rented a room he would need a CC correct?

Why is myhorrynews the only one's posting this and the initial police report? I find this really interesting.

my water & power bills show overall usage, nothing broken down more than that. hubby worked for water dept for years, he said you can't narrow it down like that.

LE can do a lot of investigating without ever naming a POI. They never have to name anyone publicly. They can do their thing and make a sudden arrest.

I think this would be a good area to search for HE. Has it been?
