Nada but saw this from last November

Man charged with killing Marlboro County woman, child moved to another jail

The search gained national attention and Fourth Circuit Chief Administrative Judge Roger M. Henderson imposed a gag order on the case back in May due to "aggressive inquiries".


Henderson has since lifted the gag order, according to Henderson's law clerk Joshua R. Brown.


Brown said Henderson lifted the gag order a few months ago.

Monday, March 16th:

*Status Hearing - SC - Iyana Lowery (8) & Ella Lowery (36) (Mom found in home May 5, 2017, Bennettsville; Iyana found May 14, 2017) - *Jejauncey Fernando Harrington (32) accused & indicted (9/12/17) on 2 counts of murder, kidnapping, 2 counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime, armed robbery with a deadly weapon, and the use of vehicle without permission with intent to deprive. Marlboro Cnty can’t get in. No update as of 11/4

Just checked. All charges still read as pending.

However, on January 18, 2019 one of his defense attorneys stopped representing him. His current attorney is Heather Weiss.

Another notation on all charges is:
Order/Consent Order for transfer of defendant
03/27/2019-10:50 - 10:58.

I don't know what that means - nothing in msm that I could find.

MARLBORO COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The state of South Carolina wants to seek the death penalty against Jejuancey Fernando Harrington, 33, in connection to the murders of 36-year-old Ella Lowery and her 8-year-old daughter, Iyana Lowery, according to S.C. Public Index online records.

The index shows the notice was filed on April 23.

Harrington has been transferred to three different detention centers since his arrest. Officials haven't said why he's been moved around so much and they aren't saying where he's being held at this time.

A gag order was issued on May 18, 2017, by Fourth Circuit Chief Administrative Judge Roger M. Henderson in the case against Harrington.

Nothing new, nothing in msm.
As of Jan. 1, 2019 Harrington has a new attorney.
April 23 and 24, 2019 filing of intention to seek the death penalty for the murder charges.
