2 bodies found at Rivers Bridge State Park identified as missing Bamberg couple

Officials in South Carolina say two bodies found at a state park have been identified as two people reported missing several weeks ago.

Bamberg County Coroner Billy Duncan tells the Times and Democrat of Orangeburg that the bodies have been positively identified as 35-year-old Janis Quintero Natos and 38-year-old Jamell Reggie Carter. Duncan says the cause of their deaths hasn’t yet been determined because of decomposition.

BAMBERG COUNTY, SC - Authorities in South Carolina say a couple found dead in a state park were both shot in the head.

Bamberg County Coroner Billy Duncan says 35-year-old Janis Quintero Natos and 38-year-old Jamell Reggie Carter were both killed by someone else.

The car is still missing. Since whoever killed them would have had to drive to the park, I'm guessing more than one perp, as someone else had to take the victim's vehicle from the scene. Prayers for their children and loved ones.

The car was found before they found the bodies

The had people of interest one of the got arrested for another murder I believe he got 12 years for the other murder but wasn’t charge for my sister Janis Quintero murder or Jamell Carter murder.
