Has been missing since 12-26-2018, he left a residence in the Nance White Branch section of Buchanan County in a yellow Cavalier. If anyone has any information in regards to Mr. Shortt you asked to contact the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office (276) 935-2313

He's got a LOT of arrests (Buchanan and Russel Counties are the primary ones - Circuit Court). Possession of controlled substances, trespassing, assault of a police officer, public intoxication. No drivers license anymore. I would guess he was under the influence and ended up someplace either cold or dangerous.

GraceG, I know sometime the mugshots records have tattoo descriptions, did you see any, I wasn't able to locate him thru my searches

No descriptions of tattoos on his court records (majority Russell County). I don't see any in the photos at least visible with sleeveless shirts he was wearing.

Oh, no! Whoever it is, their family will hopefully at least have a resolution, even if a sad one. I wonder how long it’ll be before they know who it is? (If they ever do, of course.)
