Kaleigh Anne Tugwell, 19, was reported missing from the north end of the island on Friday. She left on foot in an unknown direction. Tugwell was last seen wearing a brown jacket and brown boots. She is 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She also has hazel eyes and brown hair.

I know this young ladies mother, but she doesn’t have anything on FB about her daughter missing and I’m just kindof scared to reach out, we don’t talk often at all.. I pray she is found safe

According to a Sheriff’s Office news release sent Friday morning, Tugwell returned home.
