Found Safe SC - Miranda Nicole Owens, Horry County, 12 Jun 2018 *Arrested*

Owens was last seen on June 12 in the area of 1140 McDowell Short Cut Road in Murrells Inlet wearing a black dress with flowers and black sandals, her missing person advisory says. She has made comments such as "she has already dies three times and that she wanted to die again," prior to leaving a residence with a red color suitcase, which was later recovered. Owens has a history of drug abuse and she is believed by police to have needle marks on her arms. Her ex-husband would not allow her to see her children, which police believe caused her to go missing. Owens does not have a vehicle and a current phone number is unknown.
