I had another look at the original photo and then enlarged the photo up to 400% - and the line of the lid is very clean with no bumps or tags.
Im thinking possibly the smaller photo distorted the pixelation? I can see what you mean on your photo, but I cant see it on the original.

I made a screenshot of her eye and enlarged it ...

I also think her McCaffreys eyebrow starts lower on the brow than the UID - hard to tell.

I noticed there was a concentration of tanning and freckles in a pattern across her neck shoulders and chest area. They look as if the woman has worn short sleeved 'V' necked tops in the sun for some time - the freckles are very formed and contrasted against her fair skin.

I am thinking that she possibly spent more than just holidays in the sun - that she was in the sun for quite a few seasons - maybe an avid gardener or worked outside, or lived in a sunny warm climate for many years?

If you look at her ankle, and the top of her thigh (in the Namus swimsuit picture) her skin is very fair - she may have worn pants or long skirts so that there was no sun marks there.

I think the growths around the eye are "xanthomas," fatty deposits that are frequently associated with hypercholesterolemia.

Unfortunately, knowing that she might have had high cholesterol doesn't get us any closer to finding out who she is. I wonder how long it takes for xanthomas to form? Like if an older photo of a potential match would show them or not.

Anyway, not really helpful - just a little bit of trivia for those who delve deeply into facial features hoping to make that elusive match!

At a glance the photo of Terri Blue doesn't seem to resemble the UID, however, with weight gain (iirc, TB's weight could be as much as 190 lbs) and her location (NC) she seems a possible match.

Also, I attempted a bit of research on Kristen Cunningham. And, while I don't think she's exactly a great match... I did find the lack of info puzzling. She had some items in storage and there was a newspaper notification (dated a short time after she was last seen) that these items were to be auctioned. Also, I found a wedding announcement (dated 1968). Maybe she needs a WS thread??

I wouldn't rule anybody in or out just based on that eye thing. If they have it, it would be a big plus, but not having it probably doesn't mean much.

Various kinds of growths and skin tags like that can appear quite suddenly as one approaches sixty, and sometimes disappear just as quickly. I had one that took about three weeks to grow, and then a few months later just dried up and fell off.

I think we can rule out Victoria Smith -- she has a flower tattoo on her right leg, which doesn't match Jane's dolphin on the left. Also, Victoria has blue eyes and Jane had brown. Too bad -- the timeline was great. She disappeared about a week before Memorial Day weekend. Also not sure she's still missing. There's nothing about her but those two newspaper articles. She doesn't seem to be on any of the websites.

I just read the whole thread. Was reading the Heather Elvis thread and a link distracted me. I do not think she is from the Uk due to her dental work. I also beLIEve she is a local who lived elsewhere and came home to die. JMO Hope she is identified soon, such a heartbreaking story, but if she suicided she got what she wanted. I really hate to say that.

She's got a pretty fair facial resemblance to the UID. I tried zooming in on the photo to see whether she has a skin tag over her eyelid, and it looks like she might.

If you blow up Sharon's photo you can see Sharon has a thin nose, and what I call slightly bulbous at the end and a flare at the nostrils..I can see some flaring in both composites and in the colored image it also looks slightly bulbous on the end...

In looking at the two different composites I see a lot of conflicts...One shows curly hair, other shows a light wave..one shows hazel eyes other says brown..One shows sagging below the chin..other one doesn't..One shows a high forehead other one not so high..

Sharon's weight is lower than the UID's - but it the height is the same.
I wonder when the photo of Sharon was taken?
Being homeless, I wonder if her NAMUS profile records came from a Service Provider in her area. She could possibly have had a tattoo - just unknown or not recorded.
I'm not sure though - Sharons chin looks a little more pronounced, though it might be the weight difference.

Yes she does look sad - poor luv.
Her dropped eyelid might be from a past Bells Palsy condition too.
I did zoom the photo, but I couldn't make a decision on the eyelid tag.

From then to May she could have shaved as well and appeared well kept...

I think Sharon looks as if she would have been a bit of a character, and a Soul with a great big heart. For whatever reason she lived on the street, she looks after herself and has a quirky style about her - lots of accessories and her trademark blue eye shadow. Looking at her picture, I can see her in her youth - I'd say she was beautiful.
Just to add - the addition personal care information about the UID was related to getting a better understanding about who she might be. I wasn't suggesting the homeless would be any less self maintained.

Sharon circumstances do fit into a category that would match her better than possibly some of the other Missing Persons - if her life had picked up and she had moved in with someone. It might have been an assumption that her 'nice warm room' was local - its not mentioned - it could have been in another State, or she may have moved out and moved on - It might be reasonable that she would have made an attempt on her life if she was somewhere she wasn't familiar with and was alone.
She also may have said that (about the man and the accommodation) as an excuse to leave and not feel missed, if she had thought about ending her life. I wonder if she originally came from SC and was going back home.

Sharon Leinart's profile doesn't say Sharon had mental health issues - it may suggest it but, it does point to her being eccentric - she maybe fragile and vulnerable.

If it was a matter of ruling her out on looks - she may look different - she may not have had many photos available of her.

Would it better to submit her if she matched some of the criteria - or pass her over? At least she could be ruled out.
