Wow! There's always a back story that we aren't privy to. Is all of this true? Seems like his account can easily be verified by speaking to Nicole's family, her best friend and JH's wife. He said that while he told a small number of people this when Nicole went missing LE will have to figure out if his story has changed since then. Did he tell detectives all of this when he was arrested for obstruction? Was there a fire? What was determined to be the cause? Did LE check any of this out?
The whole "my garage door only opened halfway so I scooted under it to come around front and open the door for LE" part of the story seems odd. Also, I find the fact that JH had Nicole's phone on him a bit suspect. I know he explained it away but...Why didn't he offer it up to an officer at any point before he was searched? Did he think they wouldn't find it in his underwear? LE suspected him from the get go for a reason. And, now Nicole's body is found relatively near his mom's house? Is this all part of a conspiracy to frame him? Would these alleged lunatics go after JH like that?
It's all so strange.
