DH really just asked Cpl McDowell why LE was walking around in the grass looking for shell casings in the dark with flashlights instead of waiting until the morning.

I would be asking how often he visited his mother prior to the murders, not very believable alibi.

Yes me too. What time did he say PM and AM were driving around looking at the trees? What was he wearing in that video and how long before PM's phone going silent was that video made?

Luckily the housekeeper/caregiver of his mother will testify. She was there when AM visited. Hopefully she hasn’t been intimidated or otherwise compromised and will be honest about everything. In no way am I suggesting any lack of integrity on her part - I’m just suspicious of the Murdaugh defense tactics.
