He shouldn't have been surprised she was missing until he went to get in bed. I say 'bed' because I'm jumping off his perfect marriage claim.

He saw her, had dinner, she went to the kennel, he went to his Mom's. According to him. All pretty mundane. Why the sudden urgency, AM? Why did you need to make a show of trying to reach you had to reason to think was anywhere but a Moselle, house proper? Couldn't wait until you got there?

It definitely sounds like AM left his phone at the house between 8:09 PM and 9:02 PM on 6/7/21 - and we know that his voice was heard on the Snapchat video PM was recording at the kennel during that time. MOO

ETA: Based on the fact that no steps were recorded on AM's phone during the time frame mentioned above.

Nah, he was gabbing to people on his way to and from his Mom's house...just not JMM or LG, his siblings that had thrown out/answered a group text about dreadfully ill Dad in the hospital.

I contend he had no legitimate reason to call her. Convicted himself spectacularly because it helped confirm her TOD. He should have called people who could actually answer.

Assuming AM had possession of his phone after showing the texts/calls to LE, I diskette he did a deep delete on that phone, accidentally deleting those viewed texts/calls!

Smoking guns, smoking phones, this is awesome.

Justice is coming.

If court could hold up for two hours, I have to go to the dentist. Argh.
