Yes, he’s starting to bounce again and wiping his face with a tisssue
Seems a bit nervous about what may come next regarding what was found on his phone. JMO

This makes sense but boy, howdy, how about a criminal coming to double murder prepared for both close range and longer range shots?
Well he is a very experienced hunter.

Why are some saying AM may have lied about missing gun?

Where did some find MM ran 300 ft in the dark?

Thank you!

As for his "gotcha question" about whether or not she knew what a "Faraday" bag was, I think it's fair to say their use in the last decade was mostly by military or LE seizures with serious amounts of electronic evidence.^^

It's long been known that during questioning at a police station, LE will collect cellular phones and place them in airplane mode to disconnect your cellular voice and data connection.

Hey Dick, are you listening?

A cellular phone expert witness is currently testifying that Faraday bags are generally not used by investigators including SLED and the standard operating procedure today is to put the phone in airplane mode and/or remove the SIM card.

IMO, this expert witness just validated the feelings of any juror thinking DH's earlier condescending attitude towards the state's witness and "pork and beans" analogy uncalled for!

I don’t know about the missing stuff since there seems to be quite a bit but I read upthread that the 300’ was a miss read of 30’.

The diagram illustrates that they were roughly 30' apart.

I have read so many times that MM was 300 ft away. I guess I was wrong.

Is it assumed MM and PM were closer and she heard/saw shooter and ran? Tia

Can someone tell me who got the phone open with their own software and was it an IPhone?

Could Barbara be the friend she called about AM acting fishy?

Dove: Call logs show Maggie Murdaugh's last phone call was at 7:50 p.m. 6/7/21. She called someone named Barbara. The call lasted 2 minutes, 46 seconds.

Don't feel bad. I came across an illustration of the crime scene from the early days after the murders that were incorrect. IIRC, they were from Fitsnews. They did show MM's body being in a different location, farther away from the hangar and dog pens. Assume it was error due to their source not having accurate information.
