Chris Wilson's testimony, if permitted, brings up the drug addiction. That has not been introduced yet has it?

I’m just getting back. Is the jury present?

Did he screw his best friend out of $172k personally?

Clearly nothing is sacred.

He'll use anyone and anything, including rocking in the courtroom, if he thinks it'll benefit him.

If this were Netflix, it wouldn't be credible. Staggering.

Holy crap, this defense attorney is trying to gaslight the judge! The firm was a brotherhood and it happened a lot and things got worked out??? Give me a break!!

Not a great tactic to insult the judge’s intelligence. He’s not stupid.

Poor Mr.Wilson. He probably thought he pushed AM to suicide.

Is Buster's alibi air tight?

No. They were dismissed for the day more than an hour ago. Jury not coming back until 11:30am tomorrow. Judge has been listening to more testimony and arguments re evidence of financial motive being admitted.

Such a weak argument by his attorney. Basically saying Alex’ actions make no sense because of what ultimately happened. Just because your plans don’t go according to plan, doesn’t mean you didn’t intentionally do something.

Wait, did the defense just represent that murdering Maggie delayed refinancing, asking rhetorically how that puts AM ahead?

Whatawhatawhatawhata?

Well, that “brotherhood” in the law firm got rid of AM pretty quick after all came to light.

I feel sorry for the judge having to deal with all of this.

I hope Chris Wilson has someone to drive him home this evening. I think he’s going to have a melt down. My heart hurts for him.
Chris Wilson is certainly a sympathetic figure. I feel for him…

I'm still not buying that AM was addicted to opioids for 20 years...

Nor I. That story was just another diversion after he got caught in something else imo. There is/was a definite pattern with AM.

I don't either. I think it was a convenience he & his lawyers thought up to get him out of the public eye by whisking him off to "rehab" (in some unspecified location). MOO.

Not that I've heard...yet.
