Crosby testified that they were all there as friends, not acting as Alex's attorney at that time. Plus there were other non attorney parties present which would mitigate Attorney - Client Privilege.
I know. I watched the testimony. What I was trying to get at is why you said that the State is not going to ask Crosby what AM said about the night of the murders "unless the judge allows it come in". What is there for the judge to rule on re allowing it come in? What is left to decide about that??

Yes, we're ready for the jury. Bring them in!

Alex is looking rather small right now IMO. Judge will file a more formal motion in the matter later today.

It's OVER. This is going to be hard to watch. Can't we invoke the mercy rule and just call him guilty? JMO.

Any of the in camera testimony was subject to the Court's ruling. Maybe we just have our wires crossed.

Observing AM glaring at Tinsley…
I think of that movie quote in A Perfect Murder
“That's not happiness to see me is it?”

Last Friday when AG Waters said he wanted to call this witness the Judge asked if it was in regards to financial and Waters said no, it was in relation to the murder charges.

So maybe they are going to recall Crosby in the presence of the Jury ?

AM knows what he has done, he rolled the dice and lost. Now it's time to plea, imo. Have some respect for Maggie and Paul and the other dead - time to pay your dues, AM!

My impression is that Waters will ask Crosby outside the presence of the jury what was said and will then decide if he will call him to testify in front of the jury. Maybe I'm all wrong about that though. JMO.

A person with any remorse or care for his remaining child and family would perhaps plead, but not this cold blooded killer.
