12.42p ET — this poor Mushell, she is so upset and seems afraid. My heart goes out to her. I hope someone is making sure she and her family are physically safe.

AM knows what he has done, he rolled the dice and lost. Now it's time to plea, imo. Have some respect for Maggie and Paul and the other dead - time to pay your dues, AM!
Guys like him who have manipulated people and institutions for years and gotten away with it don't just see the light and give up. He's manipulated courts and banks and insurance companies and attempted to manipulate the investigation of the boat accident. He supposedly tried to stage his own murder to get his son insurance money (or, alternately, he tried to fake his murder to show that he has enemies). Either way, he's a lying, manipulative crap weasel who will expect luck and the blind eye to his chiming to which he is accustomed to get him out of all this trouble.

I hate this guy doing the questioning. He is confusing and moves all over the place not good person to question this important witness. He sucks.

Alex visited frequently? Yes It was out of the ordinary for him to come over to visit at night.

She is very afraid, this whole type of awful thing is not anything she ever thought she'd have to be a part of. People she knew and knows. This lawyer shouting obnoxious. She's doing INCREDIBLE. Keeping herself calm throughout though her fear in general probably and answering perfectly. She is super clear to understand, so don't know what some others are hearing or not. His clothing HAS to be in that tarp, makes allll the sense in the world, a plastic blood proof tarp, easily rinsed off and put away later. He was probably going to somehow burn those clothes at some point I'd think?

She didn't know what to tell the police, she was scared and conflicted. My heart goes out to this lady.

Hoping she has some kind of...LE protection (would be terrified, if I were in her shoes, having seen what she's seen, and heard [from AM] what she's heard...). MOO
I’m glad she told her brother! And that thing AM did asking her if she needed help with her wedding finances…plus him saying he has influence at her school. GMAB!!!
Props to this lovely woman helping.
Defense better not do this lady any harm because as a juror I would be …ah,no.
AM was a controlling, entitled, condescending, bullying monster!!!

MOO

Yes, I don't like this tarp/raincoat thing.. she KNOWS what a tarp looks like. I can see that he could of, as some said, wear a big blue raincoat. It might be balled up INSIDE THE BLUE TARP. He wore to protect himself or cover himself.
Who determined that it was a raincoat?

State asking how long Alex stayed the night of the murders 15-20 minutes total is what she testified to and is correct. Caregiver says it was unusual that Alex would come at that time of night. She told another officer she saw on 9/11 during a small car wreck that she saw Alex holding something bundled up bringing it to his mothers.
