So both a blue tarp and a raincoat exist and both were located on the 2nd floor of Miss Libby's home.

Question: Did both the tarp and raincoat test positive for GSR?

ETA: Add tweet -- the tarp was never tested!

Forgot to mention, but Griffin earlier established with Moore that SLED did not test the blue tarp at all. Just the rainjacket.

I keep missing parts of the testimony because of my darn JOB! So, did this also involve the fact that Crosby wasn't acting as A<'s attorney, none of the attorneys were in that meeting of law firm members to my knowledge-maybe Jim but this meeting included many others and so would not be privileged anyway. So two bases really. There could be NO attorney client privilege in this case because of the presence of others and second, none of the lawyers, or at least Crosby, in that meeting were acting in representation of AM in that mtg.
This is what happened this morning: the judge said that there is no A/C privilege involving people (Crosby or others) that Griffin did not represent. Crosby then got on the stand and basically said he was not representing AM on June 10 (at the meeting in question), and during cross the defense tried to make it appear as if because Crosby is a lawyer and almost everyone else present was a lawyer, that maybe AM did not understand that the group convo with Griffin might not be A/C priv. Crosby was basically trying to swat that defense point away. Crosby then got off the stand and the State said it would present further arguments on the A/C privilege issue if the judge wanted more argument.

In opening statements Waters said raincoat tested positive for GSR on the inside of it.

So far no testimony of the tarp being tested.

Harpo said the tarp was found downstairs over a chair. The raincoat was upstairs. Mushelle said AM and what he was carrying went right away upstairs. That would be the raincoat. That tested very positive for GSR on it's inside, not the tarp found downstairs. It appears the tarp was not tested at all. That's how I understand what was said.

Update 2:35 p.m.: Court has resumed. The judge said Juror 729 previously said they had limitations about serving if the trial goes long and the judge reminded the prosecution and defense of that

Thank you. I'm having to check in whenever I can today. Now I'll try to catch up.

Yup that's a given and known fact.
Just heard an opinion from a Podcast...It seems he had addictions, and wouldn't be surprised if he had hugs gambling debts, which may mean underground/criminal dealings, and those Gang types will attack spouse, family members as a warning to assure the Gambler pays up. If he had as many Cases as claimed, he had lots of incoming monies, and may have gambled it away. Just one idea, but sounds plausible to me.

Trying to figure out how that nap time works with the time the defense is saying Maggie showed up and they ate dinner. I mean, sure, it's a nap even if it's only 5 minutes, but really....
I wonder if AM often had naps, at that time of the day?
Would a healthy man, at his age require naps?
I guess past records may not be 'accurate' from family/friends!!!

Getting this hunch that both were used during and after the killings. The raincoat having water, blood ect. repellent qualities and tarp may have been used just to conceal and transport the weapons used. AM comes in packing crumpled up blue, raincoat, tarp items which can be hard to separate for someone just glancing over at him and not paying too much mind to what he has in hand.

Harpo said in argument against admitting the raincoat evidence that the tarp was found downstairs over a chair. But the SLED woman said it was folded up on top of dishes in a tub, in a closet. I tend to believe the SLED testimony.

Great testimony by everyone so far!

Yes and IMO it's not reasonable that 2 assailants came on that precise night to murder PM when there had been multiple opportunities to murder him since the boat accident. It's also not reasonable to me that it would require 2 assailants when one good sniper could have done it.
jmo
What about the 2 different guns? Did one jam and had to grab another? Was there more than one shooter? It seems a stretch to me that there would be more than one, though a few people are looking at the living brother as a possibility, which I seriously doubt. AM is not one to sacrifice himself for anyone else, and his actions and words S
eem to indict him IMPOV.
