If I were AM, I'd fake puking and passing out so I could be promptly removed from the courtroom. AM does seem to go for dramatic (to put it lightly) actions to detract from him being under the microscope. I wonder if tomorrow there will be a trial delay because we hear that AM was badly...

If someone really wanted to take out AM, there's an opportunity (x2) every day when he comes and goes from that courthouse. I doubt this is a serious threat to him. This seems more like a stunt. We'll see if he shows up in body armor tomorrow and if LE places any snipers on the rooftops ready to eliminate any other shooters lurking in the bushes. jmo

Update 12:36 p.m.: Everyone is being told to leave the courthouse property.

Update 12:25 p.m.: The courtroom building is being evacuated. Court is in recess.

Hopefully this was some kids prank and not a real threat. I hope they are able to trace the call (if that's how the threat came in) and arrest whoever is responsible.

It said Court was in Recess, I don't know if they can clear the entire building and get everyone back in, but hey the Judge said they'd be back at 2:30 so I really don't know what the heck is going on. Hah

But then they want all the evidence and all the testimony thrown out.

Oddly, it seemed like one of the attorneys (I thought it was from the defense side) was who alerted the bailiff to a problem. WHO was first alerted to the threat?

ETA: The camera was on the SLED agent (Hudak) who was testifying, so it may just have been that officers were quietly informing attorneys on each side at same time as judge was being informed.
