I'm thinking it's odd that AMs calls to MMs phone didn't appear on the call logs from the suburban. The only 2 calls the FBI found were the 911 calls around 10:07. If the car was turned on at 9:03? why didn't the phone pair when he made those calls? If he and the car were moving seems to me the phone should have connected to the car.
JMConfusion
Idk, it’s very weird. The infotainment system started booting up at 9:03, and the vehicle engine started running and went out of ”park” at 9:06pm.

But remember when the cell phone guy testified to Alex’s phone calls, there was a big gap in his calls log between 6/4 and 6/7 at 10:25pm? My notes say (in quotes) “gap implies calls removed.”

There were texts noted but a big gap in calls. Maybe that has something to do with it.

What a mess.

OMG!!! I couldn't log on until now, but I listened to the whole thing while I was at work!!!

That bomb threat sure didn't keep a bomb from going off with the car data expert!! Again, I have hours:minutes:seconds completely down the page I was handwriting work stuff on.....

32 minutes!! IMO, he didn't leave the property until 9:22pm. 16 minutes to and from his parent's house and 21 minutes there. Plenty of time, IMO, to toss the cellphone, shower and change clothes, and disassemble the guns. IMO, he probably stashed the guns somewhere inconspicuous close to where he parked, and the next day or later in the week, he came back and discarded them, wherever....

Don't know who he is trying to fool by holding his jacket over the handcuffs? Everyone knows he's in custody. Considering the litany of charges he's been accused of I find it pretty funny that he draws the line at being seen or photographed in handcuffs. It's not like he has one shred of dignity left in his entire body at this point. What's the point?

Defense lawyers will tell you they choreograph everything about their client during trial down to the number of times they blink! There should be no doubt that AM is covering his restraints as directed by DH to preserve any defense arguments.

For example, DH recently motioned the court to allow AM to be seated in the courtroom without shackles. By keeping his hand restraints covered when entering/exiting the courtroom, there's no counter-argument that AM has already been viewed around the world during trial wearing restraints while dressed in civilian or street clothes. And the look on BM's face when everyone was leaving the courtroom..... IMO, today may have been the first time he realized that the only reason he is breathing is because he wasn't there....

BBM.

"Goude asks where was Maggie’s body in relation to the ATV on the night of the murder? Worley said her body was toward the right of the ATV near the kennels
Worley said she saw biologic matter on the ATV and the ATV’s tire the night of the murder.

RE CROSS
Harpootlian asks if the biologic matter was collected for testing for blood. Worley says no samples were taken from the ATV".

It seems like he knows these things in advance. There have been a few who have answered that no samples, test, lifts were done. He is keeping a running list of every thing that wasn’t done to go with his narrative of a faulty investigation.

Wow, I can't imagine Maggie's sister sitting behind AM.
The blond is Alex’s Sister.
Also, the reason they stopped for the day was the witness did not like the report defense wanted to use for cross, and it would take a long time to download the black box data from Alex’s Suburban. The Judge does not waste time. I got that from Fitsnews.

IMO, it was indeed a threat, a message to the judge.

Wow, I hadn’t thought of that. There are many people who are still intimidated by the Murdaugh criminal dynasty and things like this point to it. It’s far reaching.

The prosecution’s presentation should be called the IKEA approach. Scatter bunches of evidence bricks around on the ground, then throw the jury an IKEA diagram to put it together themselves

Why? Does it seem scattered to you? It does to me. It could be because there is so much technical info to get through. I feel like they need to throw a bit more towards the emotional side of the case.

When the answer is good for the state I feel like there should be a few more seconds before the next question is asked. Let it register.

I think it was 16 minutes each way. If he didn't leave Moselle until 9:22pm -- with a round trip of 32 minutes plus 21 mins at his mother's house -- he wouldn't be back to Moselle until 10:15pm. Unless my math is wrong. It does seem like he left Moselle at around 9:07pm.

What I was calculating you are right.

He’s good at keeping up the appearances and portraying something that he isn’t. He’s also hoping ‘out of sight, out of mind’ will help him.

If AM is guilty: if the killings happened at 8:50pm and he left the property at 9:07pm that means he had about 17 mins to clean up. I don't recall any solid evidence that he went to house between the time of the dog video and the time he arrived at his mother's. If he didn't go up to the house before he left for his mother's that would save him time. JMO.

I’m surprise they aren’t running with “just a bomb threat, there’s no risk to the public”.

You win today! That’s good!

If someone really wanted to take out AM, there's an opportunity (x2) every day when he comes and goes from that courthouse. I doubt this is a serious threat to him. This seems more like a stunt. We'll see if he shows up in body armor tomorrow and if LE places any snipers on the rooftops ready to eliminate any other shooters lurking in the bushes. jmo

It may be at his request from an inside job. A bomb threat will make the jury and witnesses think about going up against him with consequences.

I don't understand the disparagement against the activities of the defendant's attorneys. He has the presumption of innocence. It is his attorneys' job to exonerate beyond a reasonable doubt.

What do you mean? I'm confused.
