Just tuning in. Do y’all think Watters can afford to spice it up some like DH does? Watters is very bullet point with his questions but I feel like he should throw in some emotional lagniappe like DH does. “He really loved Paul didn’t he?” I think Watters is missing opportunities and can be boring to the jury.
MOO Waters is riveting!!

I just really need to know!!.....

Was it common for AM to go lay in the bed with his sleeping mother around 9:30pm?????

I need more witnesses to testify to this behavior..... moo
I think that in addition to creating an alibi, he visited his mother because there are times in our lives when we need the comfort and forgiveness that a mother gives us. A mother loves us when we least deserve to be loved. His mother wasn't in any condition to give him that. Laying beside her would be the closest he could come to feeling the comfort. Looking at the visit in that context, I see the visit as a silent confession of an unspeakable act that can never be spoken.

His visit over to his mother's place got me thinking, He had the blue raincoat...start checking his mother's land for the weapons. Metal detector, dogs, eye in the sky. Be looking for freshly dug area's no matter how small, standing ponds, creeks and so on. Maybe authorities had down a search but seems like a good local well away from the murder scene.

Any thought on why the prosecution didn't have the investigator that collected the rain coat from Alameda testify before Mrs. Murdaugh's care taker? That way the coat would have been entered into evidence and could have been introduced or why didn't they introduce it then for her to say if she thought that was what Alex had under his arm that day? Just curious about their timing on that.

This was about Ronnie Crosby, not Alex
Oh sorry, my bad. I thought you were talking about you-know-who turning red and rocking.
Thanks for correcting me. ;)

All this talk about his gift of gab and being a people person makes me worried he’s going to testify and it’ll get him off.
At one time I thought he “may” testify, but not now. There is just too much that he would be confronted with and we haven’t even seen all the evidence yet.

No worries. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up in real time.

WALTERBORO, S.C.
Ronnie Crosby rushed to his then-law partner’s house the night he learned Alex Murdaugh’s wife and son had been shot to death at the family’s rural Colleton County home.
All the attorneys at what formerly was known as Peters Murdaugh Parker Eltzroth and Detrick were concerned about Murdaugh after the June 7, 2021, murder of Maggie and Paul. Many of them considered him a close friend.
But, on Tuesday, Crosby sat on the witness stand and identified Murdaugh’s voice on a video recorded on Paul’s cellphone shortly before he and his mother were gunned down by the family’s dog kennels — the third witness to link Murdaugh to the voice on the video.
“Those are the voices of Paul Murdaugh, Maggie Murdaugh and Alex Murdaugh,” Crosby said after listening to the video.
In an earlier conversation with Murdaugh, Crosby testified that the question of whether Murdaugh went down to the kennels with the victims that night came up, “and he specifically said that he had not.”

No GSR on the lace-up bright colored running type shoes that AM had on when LE got to Moselle after the murders.
But he wore different shoes to his mom’s house. Those d@mn canvas Sperry’s. Where are they.
He obviously changed shoes for some reason.

So in the tree video we can see he doesn't have a t-shirt on underneath. Since he went tree looking and shooting with Psul, then he was wearing the pants and the button up shirt. Those clothes would have gsr on them NOT the t-shirt and shorts.
