It appears that court will be back in session.

I doubt the defense can strongly argue that failing to keep AM from the crime scene compromised the case.
It is also unlikely that failing to keep his relatives and law partners away from the scene compromised the investigation: unless he wants to argue that one of them was the killer.

Nevertheless, the defense will try to discredit every bit of information entered by the prosecution.

It will be interesting to see what Harpootlain has up his sleeve. I suspect the wildness has not really begun.

Why do you doubt it? A lot of evidence can become questionable once chain of custody is broken and/or a murder scene is not taped off and people are allowed to traipse through it. We'd probably know who killed JonBonet if that scene had been sealed.

And…this is the entire reason the defense will appeal. They do have a valid point and it’s up to the state to overcome that.
What is bizarre, is Murdaugh's easily intimidates others and expects preferential treatment. Because of him all those friends and family were allowed to be there.

In reality good ole boys demand this treatment, then in the end they use it against others to maneuver an appeal.

Edit! Edit! Edit!
All the prosecution witnesses testimonies are HOURS longer than necessary in my opinion.
