To me the idea that this was somehow fall out from the boat accident just seems so far-fetched! Clearly the state doesn’t believe that either because he wouldn’t have been charged if there was a scintilla of evidence against anyone else. An acquittal in this case would be embarrassing for the state. So I believe they are convinced he did it! But they either needed more time to develop the case or he just got lucky that there’s no evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.

The CFO of the firm was a believable character witness against AM. She basically said he was a con man. I believe that. I think he was very good at manipulating people and getting them to like him. That’s why Chris Wilson is a sympathetic witness for AM despite being robbed and cheated by AM! Many men perform “devoted family man” in public! Many people are bad judges of character and easily manipulated because they don’t pay attention to the little things! But still…..beyond a reasonable doubt is needed here! I don’t see it! JMO

Obviously JG was trying to say AM was too much of a good family man to kill his wife and son.
Now, if we all turn to the right side of the Family Annihilators Tour bus, we can wave to Chris Watts, John List, Susan Smith, Jeffrey MacDonald, Charles Lawson, etc, etc.
After most of these crimes, friends say “we had no idea…”
ITA Josh Powell and many others.

EBM: Josh not Chris

I knew that. I just didn't know if he gave a reason as to why.
EBM for typo
Might be influential to the jurors or whomever. They didn't go into that much detail other.

Now I'm thinking maybe the M's did have something to do with the Judge's chamber bomb threat. JMO

Well the apples don’t fall far from the tree! What a deplorable family!!!

Apparently something was passed from the family to Alex. Judge moved the family back in the courtroom and told them the next seat was out the door. Buster was admonished for flipping the bird at Tinsley

I knew he was flipping the bird!!!
Good on the admonishing!!
Now they are moved back!
Should have been that way to begin with!

RSBM:

When was AM's drug test? was the packet passing before or after?

jmo
Per Fitsnews, Alex was drug tested based on one of the items being passed to him. It's in the posted fitsnews videos.

I heard some of the commentators for Law & Crime over lunch say that the prosecution may be dragging out the financial testimony too long - that they need to move back to the murders before the jury starts to lose interest. I’m wondering how much more the prosecution has that is directly related to the murders that we haven’t heard yet.

A2BF4819-D908-4D23-B226-09CC9796B0E5.jpegInteresting…this seems in reference to Buster and AM’s sister Lynn. Supposedly according to this Buster gave Tinsley the finger when he was testifying.
Around 1:24:00 Buster is “ chewing “ on his middle finger.

Did anyone see Buster do a salute thing to AM the other day after court adjourned?

I THOUGHT I had seen Buster do that! Sorry, but whatever the claims about how polite they might be by some of those testifying, those boys were just not raised right.

Some who have reached a certain level of privilege teach their young that "to whom much is given, much is expected" and they teach humility, care for and obligation to the well-being of others, and the Jeffersonian ideal that "all men are created free and equal." I see none of that here.
Perfectly said! Crude and Rude.

I hope this is the last day of the financial witnesses as I’m afraid the jury may start getting bored.

The ME hasn’t even testified yet. And the big question…will they put Cuzin Eddie on the stand?
