I just remembered that it took LE a year to unlock Paul’s phone.I agree. But didn't he leave his cell phone at the house (creating alibi per the prosecution) and therefore need to go up to the house to retrieve/use it? I think he did strip off his clothes/shoes, throw them in a bag, and hosed himself down at the kennels. I'm hoping we hear if LE executed a search warrant to find the clothes/shoes -- if they were nowhere to be found, that will be interesting. JMO.
They probably should have gotten some advice from a Lawyer about if/when to do this. Not a good look for sure.I'm not going to judge the daughter/family who started the Go - Fund - Me. I can't imagine what they must be going through and what they went through.
I'm watching Law & Crime Network on Youtube, I don't have to sign in or join anything.Where are y’all watching? i have been watching on Law and Crime channel, but today looks like I have to log in. (Do I have to join? Just do not feel like another log in…)
Sorry I keep responding to myself because I think of more things.Plus, if he just “happened” to find them at 10 pm, he would have no idea when they were actually killed. So how would he know to lie about when he last saw them to avoid admitting he was with them 5 minutes before?
I think he sent that to Will Loving, who testified. I'm not sure if Will still had it on his phone when LE contacted him and also not sure when LE contacted him. Yes, I agree, timing of obtaining that video could be a problem. JMO.I just remembered that it took LE a year to unlock Paul’s phone.
Is that when they first saw the video with the “ tree planting”? Or did Paul send to friends?
AM had so much time and opportunity to get rid of evidence. Ugh.

Yup.You know what Alec didn't do? When he came upon the scene where 1/2 of his family had been annihilated? He didn't immediately confirm the whereabouts of his other son!!
oh, boy.

I agree, But any sense of impropriety could be used by the unscrupulous Defense team. Better to be safe than sorry. MOOI don't see a single issue with the Go Fund Me for the caregiver for AM's mom. It is not as if donors can vote for her to say or do something in particular in the trial, and her testimony was concluded. I think every heart in hearing range broke when she testified. She is terrified, conflicted, and has to live every day with the emotional wreckage from this family and how it is forever tied to her in the public eye.
People are allowed to donate to whatever cause they care about. MT saw another victim of AM, and he had the human response that a non-psychopath has to the suffering of others- he wanted to help. It goes to his credibility and kindness. How would anyone benefit inappropriately from this? I think he will have a lovely opportunity to explain why he felt compelled to donate to her if they happen to ask; she was another person AM tried to use like a tool for his purposes.
I think it was an act of love when her daughter set it up- she was proud and wanted to recognize the heroic effort it took to speak truth to power.
