Wilde looked at Verizon cell phones records for Alex, Paul, Maggie, Marty Cooke and CB Rowe to generate a report.

Wish we could see the document that Agent Wilde is referring to when talking about which phones were were on June 7, 2021.

Paul's phone is in the area of Okatie around 5:30 p.m. on June 7, 2021. 6:53 p.m. to 7:05 p.m. - south of Moselle. 7:30 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. - in the area of Moselle

For reference, here's a map showing distance from Okatie to Moselle.

8:06:20 - north of driveway toward dog kennel and then up the driveway and then winding up back at the house.

Paul's phone is back at the house. Within 20 meters of the Moselle residence. 8:30:07 p.m. Paul's phone within 56 meters of the dog kennel.

Paul's kennel video recorded at 8:44:55 p.m. 10:18:03 p.m.-Paul's phone still at the dog kennel. Between that time, there were several data points - between 4 and 7 meters. Wilde said he sees nothing to suggest during that time that Paul's phone went anywhere.

Now to Maggie's phone: generally in West Ashley area in Charleston. Traveled from Charleston to Moselle or Almeda using RT 17. 7:50:20 p.m. - Maggie's phone pings in Walterboro. Less than 30 minutes to Moselle.

7:50 p.m. is the last tower hit for Maggie's phone. She received calls after 7:50 p.m. but none of the calls were answered.

Now To #AlexMurduagh's phone. 4:10 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. PMPED law firm was in the area of Varnville and Almeda. 6:40 p.m. to 9:10 p.m. - a number of calls using a tower in the Moselle area.

9:12 p.m. to 9:18 p.m. - Sector 3 on tower closest to Moselle. Ping on north side of tower closer to Varnville at 9:18 p.m.

9:20 p.m. to 9:46 p.m. using sector 2 facing toward Almeda address.

9:52:59 p.m. not using tower that faces toward Moselle yet. 10:06 p.m. 911 call hits off tower closer to Varnville 10:17 p.m. another call hits off tower near Moselle

10:06 p.m. 911 call - phone could have been at/toward Moselle due to frequencies and how things can travel.

Sounds like phone could use Varnville tower when a call is placed from Moselle. But there are two towers that provide coverage.

June 8 in the morning - #AlexMurdaugh phone using tower that provides coverage to Almeda.

Phone used Almeda tower June 9-June 14

4:33 p.m. to 6:08 p.m. #AlexMurdaugh phone moves generally south of Almeda to Charleston

8:10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. - #AlexMurdaugh phone travels back from Summerville area to tower using Varnville

Wilde says for the night of the murders, neither CB Rowe nor Marty Cooke's phones are using towers that service Moselle

And even more puzzling is why he would have her come over to clean up the day after his family is murdered. He is a lawyer, so why would he knowing it's all a crime scene, want her to come mess with anything? Well of course we know why, but an innocent man wouldn't allow that because whoever killed his family may have entered that house and why mess with any possible evidence? I guess if you want the evidence you personally left laying around to be messed with then that would make perfect sense.
Frankly, I'm very surprised the house wasn't barricaded off with crime scene tape and no one was allowed to enter it.

I just wish the prosecution could flat-out tell the jurors that in addition to trying to thwart the investigation into his financial wrongdoings, AM killed his family because after causing the death of Mallory Beach in the boat crash, his son PM was facing 25 yrs in the big house, and as a convicted felon, would also be prohibited from possessing a weapon (no more hunting).

Also, tell the jurors the Murdaughs were underinsured, and personally facing a multi-million dollar wrongful death judgment,

And finally, tell them that MM could never face PM being convicted and sentenced to prison, and would be miserable living a broke, middle-class life.

AM is a gambler and thinks he's smarter than the rest. He was going to gamble on getting away with double murder but if he suspected he was found out, he'd kill himself before any arrest.

AM's plan didn't work out and here we are. MOO
Are you implying these were mercy killings, so to speak?

Curious about how they note the close distance of Paul's phone to dog kennel but don't say anything about AM's phone and MM's phone being that close to the kennels. I am not paying really close attention because I'm a bit lost without seeing the charts
I think because Paul used additional apps that gave corresponding data, more pinpointed. But I know nuthin' about nuthin'. My cat is smarter than I am.

I still don't have a cat.

"Bo" is almost exclusively a colloquial South Carolina thing. You hear it a little bit in parts of NC and Georgia too. It's akin to dude, bro, bud, man ... mainly just a means of familiar address among peers. It also sees exclamatory "speaking to anyone in general” use.

The state's 45th witness is Belinda Rast, Libby Murdaugh’s home healthcare provider. She says Libby is family to her. She works from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Rast said she is nervous about testifying. Rast said she got to know Maggie a little and Paul a lot. He came around more than any of the other grandkids. He liked to get ice cream for Miss Libby.

Rast steps down. The state's 46th witness is FBI supervisory special agent Matthew Wild. Wild manages a unit that digs into cell phone data.

Wild testifies he is trained to use cell tower data to pinpoint where people are when they are using their phones.

Wild is standing in the middle of the room and, at great length, explaining to the jury how he does his job.

Cell tower data: On 6/7/21, Paul Murdaugh’s phone was in Okatie from 4:53 p.m. to 6:09 p.m. Paul Murdaugh. The phone is traveling from 6:17 p.m. to 6:53 p.m. At 7:05 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., the phone appears to be at Moselle, Wild testifies.

The lack of updates I'm providing directly correlates to the fact that the prosecutor and FBI witness are heavily referencing a map I can't see, and thus I simply have no idea what's going on.

What I believe I heard from Wild and Conrad: 8:05 p.m.: Paul’s phone is back at the Moselle house. 8:14 p.m.: Paul’s phone is still at the Moselle house. 8:35 p.m.: Paul’s phone is within 20 meters of Moselle house. 8:38 p.m.: Paul’s phone is around the dog kennels.

Maggie's phone data: She was in the Charleston area around 4 pm-ish. 7:07 p.m.-7:50 p.m.: She is driving from the Charleston area west toward Moselle. Most likely on Route 17, which would take her through the center of Walterboro. 7:50 p.m. is her last phone ping

Cell tower pings are generated by phone calls or apps that track location.

We are now reviewing Alex Murdaugh's cell tower pings, which (so far) confirm a number of things that we already knew about his movements after leaving Moselle shortly after 9 p.m. on 6/7/21. Going at great length here on facts that are not in dispute.

Learning a lot about radio frequencies, though.

There is deep in the weeds, and there is this.

Prosecutor John Conrad establishes in a single question that Moselle groundskeeper C.B. Rowe's phone was not in the vicinity of Moselle during the killings. That was an efficient use of time, that.

Conrad has finished his questioning of Wild. The ratio of "time spent" to "useful things learned" during that questioning was brutal. I'm going to find coffee.

FBI agent Matthew Wilde's last name has an 'e' at the end. I misheard him spell it at the start of his testimony. I regret the error.

Defense attorney Phillip Barber notes Wilde pulled cell tower data for C.B. Rowe and another person because investigators asked him to do so. Barber asks if Wilde pulled data for Curtis “Cousin Eddie” Smith too. Wilde says yes, but he doesn’t have it with him.

That is all for Wilde. The state's 47th witness is Nathan Tuten, a Walterboro police officer and childhood friend of Paul Murdaugh.

Edited: to add a few more tweets.

I've seen it mentioned in some posts...but does anyone know if we know for a fact that Maggie's car was running? I probablyy missed the source of that info. Thanks!
I’ve never seen that Maggie’s car was running. I don’t believe that’s accurate info.

Got em up here in MI. too, it's a drug in the form of a doughnut lol.
Krispy Kreme here has a light that flashes letting motorist know that a hot batch just got pulled from the vats. Yummm, cooked up fresh and hot.

Hate to say it, I had more hope from the Cell Phone data. I really hope the jury can reach a verdict, I am not sure that its been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it. I hope I'm wrong and more is coming.

Agree the cell phone data is disappointing, but they had to admit it if for no other reason than it was expected.
I feel sure more is coming.

Think if and when we get to see the cell tower "ping" map should shed some better light on what we are hearing.

Alex Murdaugh's phone location data: 6:40pm - 9:10pm Alex's phone pings consistent with the Moselle location. Beginning 9:12pm Alex's phone travels towards his parents' home. 9:46 is the last time it pings on the tower near parents' home. (traveling back from parents)

Alex phone location data: 9:52:59 - Alex's phone using tower closer to Moselle.

Didn’t @Seattle1 post a Fox News story that someone at Gucci told them that purchases at Nordstrom, Saks or an outlet store would appear on a credit card statement as “ Gucci “ ?!

They sell Vinnie Vine polos at Nordstrom:

https://www.nordstrom.com/browse/men/clothing/shirts/polo-shirts?filterByBrand=vineyard-vines

I understood the same but I also wondered if the Gucci representative was referring to the Gucci store charge card (private label charge card).

For example, Gucci has a store charge card issued by AFFIRM. I wonder if the employee was saying that besides using their card at a Gucci stand-alone store, their customers can also use their Gucci charge card at a Gucci outlet, Nordstrom (in-store Gucci), Saks (in-store Gucci) and it would appear as Gucci on the statement and not Nordstrom, Saks.

Lol -- using your Gucci charge card has a minimum purchase requirement so don't pull it out if you're just browsing. ;)
