I have to disagree. There are many people whose world had been irreversibly changed, he's also still power brokering while he's behind bars (based on the leaked jail phone calls). JMOHe has no power anymore. Zero. Nothing. No money, no friends and only a couple of family members left. There's nothing to worry about. Alex has a lot more to worry then trying to threaten the juror or trying to get revenge on anyone.
They are allowed to search publicly available information (including social media) to identify a potential or seated juror's mindset and behaviors. That is 100% legal. I learned that after watching the most bizarre and heartbreaking verdict a few years ago. Many people attributed that verdict to very effective jury screening.I didn’t see it, but I’m not surprised. I am concerned about corruption and jury tampering. I would certainly hope there is integrity in this legal process. I’ll have to watch the replay tonight.
