He was really trying to sell that Paul had been threatened almost immediately. He wanted to get that out 1st. But notice he offers just that, not a single clue who might have threatened Paul. Maybe I missed it but did any of Paul's friends mention any specific knowledge of any threatening incidents?? I don't recall Blanca mentioning any either. The only way we know about any of these alleged threats is from Alex. Unless I completely missed it. Am I wrong here?

This. Is. Awful.
The presentation is a disaster. It is impossible to follow. The prosecution keeps asking her the same question and getting the same unintelligent answers. Just say if you found DNA, whose it is and the precentages. Just awful.

Did anyone swab the water spigot at the kennel?

I’m struggling with all this testimony, and I would guess the jury is as well. In my opinion there should be a more concise way of explaining all the results.

Didn’t she also say Alex was excluded fromMaggie’s fingernail? or did I get it confused with a brother’s name?
Not that a negative proves him innocent. If she was at a distance and then took off running, he would not have struggled with her…

I think Bubba is seen in kennel after officer places weapon in patrol car and walks back to Alec. He is probably in distress over Paul nearby and in view.

It’s tiring for me just as an observer with this outlet to complain about it. I hope this jury can hang with what seems like a long science/math lecture.

I’ve stopped watching for now.

They should have practiced with her. This is a nightmare. I’m sure she’s very intelligent, but she’s an awful expert witness. She’s not conveying the point, and the attorney isn’t helping. IMO.

Ok I need help. Did this witness say earlier that MM's DNA was on a shell casing. Was that specified as being via her blood? Or was it from touch as in from handling the casing? This testimony is just being presented by this witness is a very confusing way...not straight forward. IMO
