I don't follow the court reporter's comments as they just said the jury seems to like the defenses comment's and laughing, c'mon. Follow the facts not court reporters IMO. I've watched court reporters sit on the fence then jump from one side to another, make a stand or get out of the fight as I say!.

DH. doesn’t want anyone to believe PM looked his father in the eyes as he blew his head off. Gosh knows he could have even yelled Dad at him. How horrifying this all is. What’s his point in all this?

Don't think he had the chance, him seeing his dad with a weapon pointed at him and his mind trying to except it as reality.

What the heck is going on with DH fumbling with paperwork and trying to confuse pathologist about a supposed non-documented bruise on Maggie's leg?

It’s one of his fave moves. He does this to make the witness feel uncomfortable and scattered, leading to them second guessing themselves.

He’s a slimy bully type.

I'm thinking after the first shot to the side of the chest his head turned away which can be a natural reaction to protect the face. The second shot made contact with the side of his head towards the back.
