Thus far, there are a total of (7) witness confirmations that AM is heard on kennel video.

I don't necessarily believe AM intended to be dead. That's just Alex's story, and we know he's an habitual liar. We don't know what went on at the roadside.

What we DO know so far is that AM lied to LE, yet again, to make himself look like a victim.
I absolutely agree with you. IMO, he couldn't find/buy a shirt that matched the video, and he also needed everyone to think there was a murderer "out there," and he could potentially implicate Cousin Eddie.....

IMO, I'm calling BS on the whole "trying to get money for Buster".........

JMO. moo....

AM's call logs are missing leading up to the murders.

Okay. He stole money from clients. His son killed someone in a drunk boating accident. Uninsured it left AM personally exposed to a $10 million debt. He allegedly paid someone to kill him after the murder of his wife and son. He had an affair 16 years ago. None of this means a hill of beans.

Where is the evidence that he killed them? Where is it?

If the only physical evidence the state has is gunshot residue on this hand, I would have to acquit. Why? Because he was holding a shotgun when LE arrived and it could have been transferred from said gun. Unless, of course, that was disproven.
Agree sadly. The GM witness will be interesting.

I do have to say that I am having a difference opinion of Paul after hearing testimony from friends, young men and adults and sounds like he was a good kid and friend. Attentive to others needs.
Alcohol was his down fall.

Jmo
And he was good to his grandma. I agree with you. Alcoholism sucks.

During the break, I heard commentators on Law & Crime talking about things that the prosecution should have expounded on.... PM's DNA on shotgun shells..... No one asked if Paul reloaded his own ammunition? That has been something I have been wondering about the whole time.

Also, the DNA under MM's fingernail(s).... didn't she have a doctor's appointment that day? Weren't there men working at the house in Edisto where she had spent the night?

Again, JMO.... moo.

Buster's gf looked angry today in the courtroom at the end of the day.

100% and I believe he is a victim of his family also (specifically his dads side). I mean in the hospital dad is there not as a dad, but as a lawyer trying to talk to everyone and the story straight.. this is the example that Paul had. Not owning up to your mistakes, but let's manipulate situations to get out of things. I am not excusing what happened the night of the boat accident because it was tragic and a life was lost and other lives changed forever. Paul didn't have a chance to make amends, realize he needed to change paths and make different choices.

Now we see he also felt he had to find the pills his dad was taking that he shouldn't have been. A child should never feel they have to in some way be responsible for their parent (excluding end of life stuff where much older adult children care for their very elderly parents during end of life illnesses).

The way in which Waters is arguing about the significance of the roadside incident is very revealing. The state is reaching big time here! They have no case! There are some puzzle pieces but not enough to form the full picture. He may have committed these murders but State has not proven it to an acceptable standard. JMO.
Not reaching but relevant....

Alex falsely describing his 'shooter' as a 'younger white fella with really short hair' after his botched assisted suicide attempt....

A liar is a liar is a liar...
Stealing and embezzling money or trying to hijack an insurance claim after a faked flat tire shows his true nature and his truecolors.

He was caught lying to 911...

He is deceptive, fraudulent, devious, crooked, deceitful and a killer. MOO

Interesting how MP had all the normal responses/reactions to the murders; however, AM did not. moo
It saddened me to hear her sincere concern for even Alex in the days after the murders. Then to hear the confusion because he wasn't worried about a killer on the loose. I can imagine how the days go by and every little thing that is off just leaves them confused and then it becomes clear.. it had to be a horrifying realization for those closest to Maggie and Paul. :(

Damn tragedy when the parent/ parents drag the kids into their personal hell and bad deeds.

And he was spending time with their parents, and vacationing with them...... I cannot even imagine.

All vehicles left on property at Moselle were unlocked with the keys in them.
I had a friend, raised in wealth, who did same. He also would walk out to the sidewalk Mailbox in his Briefs to get the mail, in our Middle Class neighborhood, back in the '90s...Nice guy, but weird, and when his wife told me, I just laughed. Must be nice to not worry about someone stealing a vehicle you have a loan on...Not Me! Nice guy, but no clue...MOO

It's not all about physical evidence, it's about the entire picture:

AM was at the scene around the time of the murders and he lied about it. He bribed Shelley to lie for him about timing to support his alibi.

The clothes he was wearing are missing. (Tried to influence Blanca to lie about what shirt he was wearing.)

One of his weapons is missing. He hid a raincoat (with gunshot residue on the inside) at his mother's house.

He fiddled with his son's phone "to do something" before even checking on his wife who was lying there, likely dead.

Based on OnStar and phone records, he had only 19 seconds to stop his vehicle; get out of the car; take in the scene; walk to Paul's body; try to turn him over & take his pulse; fiddle with Paul's phone; walk to Maggie's body; check her pulse and call 911. Well I guess that wouldn't be a problem if you had already seen them dead and didn't really need to check them and absorb the shock.

He called Rogan multiple times before first responders arrived. He was clearly concerned about the video. (also why he was checking Paul's phone.)

ETA: (as someone reminded me above) AM deleted the call log on his phone.

AM showed no emotional concern about catching the killers (even to first responders or detectives).

You know Tony Soprano?!

Just kidding. One of my all time favorite shows.

Umm.........

* Patrick Frazee got life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing Kelsey Berreth, ALL on circumstantial evidence.

* Tammy Moore received 30 years in prison on circumstantial evidence.

* Scott Peterson received life in prison on circumstantial evidence.

The list goes on.....
You can list them til the cows come home.

This prosecution has no hard evidence proving he did this and that's why they want all of the other issues brought in, including an affair that happened 15 years ago and the side of the road shooting for cause of motive AFTER the murders took place.

It makes the final outcome of this trial more susceptible to an appeal.

It is significant though. His motive for arranging to have himself shot is part of this case. The state didn't bring this in until the defense asked a question they didn't know the answer to. Isn't that lawyering 101.. don't ask a question you don't know the answer too.. Maggie's sister was genuine and honest. That was a moment of many when she realized something was not right. Defense askes a follow up question.. maybe they should have moved along to something else.
