This case is too important for it to not have top of their game attorney's. He's not on that list to me.

He was an ambulance chaser attorney, personal injury basically, and perhaps some Real Estate cases...Lawyers often know many other types as well, sometimes within the same Firm. If he committed these crimes, I'd bet he planned it well, and knew where he would hide or dispose of the guns used.

Alex was also an assistant solicitor (prosecutor). He has criminal prosecution experience.

The Snapchat video was at 8:44pm and was almost a minute long. Coroner lists time of death as 9-9:30pm. I'm not saying he's innocent but we don't know if it was 5 minutes, 45 minutes or "seconds" as another upthread stated.

State’s strategy seems to be that if they keep the jury there for 3-4 weeks and fill them up with a whole bunch of information they will think the state’s evidence is substantial and vote guilty. We still have to do defense’s case. Unfortunately, defense has to combat this strategy by the state and put up a case. JMO
