I am 7 pages behind but I'm not surprised at what he said. I expected it.

Oh wow - MM's sister was even told that Paul and MM were asked by AM to go to Moselle.
If his father was doing so bad, why was BM not asked to go?
Even AM didn't go see his father that night but went to see his mother.
I wonder how far away his Father was compared to where his Mother's house was.

I can understand both of those statements coming from Maggie's sister.

I do think the boat accident was an accident. I don't think Paul intended to kill anyone that night. I think they all drank and got in that boat knowing they all had alcohol. I have 3 teenagers and a 21 year old. I stress to them over and over that you don't even have 1 drink and drive, you don't get in the car with anyone that has had even one drink and let them drive. I have told them since they could drive and go out in vehicles with other teens that drive that if they need a ride due to some situation they get in, then they call me and there will be no questions asked. Them arriving home safe is far more important to me than any mistakes they make as a teenager. Even now my 21 year old is on his own, but I tell him if he needs uber money call me. I don't care how old you are or what the situation is. I think Paul needed to be held accountable for his actions because someone did die, but all of those kids drank and got in that boat. Even if Paul wasn't driving, it sounds to me like not a single one of those kids were in any condition to drive the boat if Paul wasn't driving. So I would describe that as a tragic accident.

I think the only person in this story that intended to kill anyone was Alex. As for her saying Maggie's life wasn't lavish, I can understand that being her perspective.
Well, the friends of Paul's, who were on the boat, have a different story. I tend to believe them. Paul hit his gf, and they did not want him driving. Paul took off at a very high rate of speed, despite his friends trying to stop him from doing so.

For AM tell MM's sister that he didn't know who did it but assumed they had been planning it for awhile, ok he got a crystal ball. They were all scared as well after except AM hmmm

Marian stated that they thought murder was related to the boat case, but that their opinion changed in September. (I presume Sep 2021.)

Marian also testified that AM always had a gun in the car.
When first responders arrived and asked AM if he had any weapons in the vehicle, he said he didn't think so.

(because if he did....then he wouldn't have had a valid reason for going back to the house to get the rifle.)

I love how sweetly MM’s sister drops some key evidence phrases …. so innocently, but I believe the comments will be helpful to the prosecution.

Has it been brought up what AM did, after the murders, to stay "safe from the killer"? Did AM, or his family, take any precautions to keep themselves safe because "there was a murderer out there"? If he did not, I think that says a lot.

Heartbreaking - I don’t understand her stance. If that was my sister I would be livid.

I wonder how far away his Father was compared to where his Mother's house was.
Distance from Alameda to Savannah hospital about 90 miles. IMO, it would be too late to visit RM3 in Savannah when MM finally arrived Moselle.

The defense sucks at questioning! It’s ridiculous

Glad JG is done…I was tired of hearing his pretend to be compassionate voice to Maggie’s sister.
