Unlocked vehicles on property, and guns inside cars. No list or records of guns they owned. How totally irresponsible! That would never fly here in NY, NJ, or PA. Insane.
Agree, It doesn't fly in most of the 'real world', but remember, we're talking Murdaugh Country where rules don't apply to them.

MOO

Yep.
My first quewould have been: "That means someone would have had to come to my house. That means people have been in my home! Oh no, what do we do? We can't stay here what if they come back." Yada Yada yada...Yada.... but he doesn't have that kind of reaction at all.
Or no concern or questions over the safety of his remaining son......

If you are describing a possible murder weapon to an investigator that may have killed a family member you are going to give every detail, photos if you have any and maybe a receipt. Anything you have that can help identifying a possible weapon that a killer may have stolen to kill a loved one. He rambled on about how Paul liked changing things around on guns, scope, etc.
Yep, Blame the dead guy who can't defend himself from the lies. Deflection is the name of he game. AM thinks he's smarter than everyone else in the room. Hopefully that will be his downfall. Even Maggie's sister and her family have finally seen the light. Hopefully others will as well, and it wouldn't surprise me if some/one of them will remember some detail they can share with LE. ...Sweet Dreams are Made of This...

Has anyone seen DH wear a mask at all since Monday when he made such an issue about Covid and wanted a postponement as to not loose those jurors?
But that he would.

I guess the blood in AM's car can be explained by him purportedly getting in it to go get a gun. The SLED agent said she thought she saw blood on the gun that AM was holding when LE arrived and took swabs, but I don't recall any further testimony about that. I think there was also testimony about 2 reddish streaks in the water puddle. Is there any other notable affirmative blood evidence?

Maybe the investigator was intentionally misleading, but he seems to have known evidence that has not be entered in this trial. Specifically, how did he know that family guns were used? Ballistic tests used for handguns and rifles don't really work to identify individual shotguns. The murder weapons have not been found. Even more telling is that AM never asks "How do you know that?"

AM asking whether it was one or multiple shooters is also interesting. I suspect most people would initially assume two shooters due to two different weapons being used. Lack of foreign DNA on the scene, lack of additional tire prints and footprints could lead to a single shooter hypothesis, but that would likely come later.

She could never completely trust him after that. OMO.
He probably lied about everything to MM. Am looks like he’s very narcissistic and entitled. Who could live with him?

Think so. Maggie was called home on a false pretense (going to see Handsome at home, when he was actually in the hospital). That was in yesterday's testimony by her sister.
Plus the added incentive to come to Moselle......Paul will be there too. He knew she wouldn't want to miss seeing her son. jmo

I believe MM was out of the loop of many of AM's shady dealings until the flood lights went on.

Alex does not answer the question HOW MM and PM got down to the kennels. It is a sensitive subject.

He needed to know what the investigators concluded on who was shot first so he could tighten up his story.
It's a chess game, AM is just poopy at it.

Why was Paul’s truck at the house? How did he get to the kennel if he is known to refuse to walk? Where was Maggie’s car & Busters truck?

I heard that the 2 replacement jurors are men in their 30s or 40s. Not sure who they replaced. I think the State is better off with women.

Here’s the firearms expert that testified earlier in the trial.
