And that's why he rinsed off at the kennels and showered at home and his shoes and shirt were missing.

Wow. I think the prosecution just blew the case right there. That was absolutely terrible!!!! All they got out of this detective was there was 1 or 2 inconsistencies!!!!! Are you freakin kidding me???!!!! Someone please talk me down off the cliff. Unbelievable.
Yep! The state has no case like I and a couple others have been arguing. 3 weeks leading up to a nothing burger testimony by the lead investigator! Waters didn’t even have the guts to do the direct of this nothing burger. He passed it off to the new guy! JMO

didn't golf cart have forensic evidence on it??
I know the 4-wheeler located near MM's body did-- including her earring but not sure about the golf cart. MOO

I think he did okay. They were re-direct and maybe then after seeing what the defense is going to try to say or focus on.. then they can hammer home the big points.
Agreed and the station interview made AM's lies stand out even more IMO.

AM has been trying to sell the story he left work early on Monday because PM was coming home, and how father and son spent HOURS together riding the property, laughing, shooting, etc. because they are so close (and could never harm each other).

We know the 2 hours later became 'more than 20 minutes but less than 2 hours' by AM. JMO
PM's phone data whittles that down even more, IMO, if you factor in time for supper.

It flies. Goes to mens rea. IMO. And I am looking at it, as a juror.

He wanted to make it look like he was attacked too, because he realized he might be in the situation he's in right now. That people might not buy that he wasn't the killer, especially as he knew that a husband is always a suspect in the murder of a wife, and that evidence (like the shirt) might be found. He also knew that the financial situation would implicate him, as men who are facing bankruptcy/jail time for financial crimes are known to kill their families.

He knew he would be looked at closely. He wanted a post-facto alibi. People's behaviors after a crime are quite relevant, IMO and in the opinion of many people.

IMO.
I respectfully disagree and although I understand what you are saying, claiming to bring this in to an already loaded trial after the finances as well as a motive AFTER the fact shouldn't qualifiy.

Now I don't know if the judge allowed it as I am just getting caught up. But as we have discussed earlier, it would definitely be something brought up as an aspect qualification for a potential appeal.

Thinking maybe the real Forge cancelled AM's card after his borrowing lol of money.
Pretty sure he had been fired(given the chance to resign), and so no access to building or Office if the company was smart.

Her sister testified that is still bothered Maggie and she had brought it up as late as last year. That doesn't sound like she moved past it to me. Forgiven maybe, forgotten......no.

MOO
Who would forget it? Again, despite marital problems that virtually all marriages go through to some degree, they still stayed together for 15 years after the fact. It takes two to tango and I am sure Maggie had flaws as well in the marriage.

Goes to Character, previous bad acts, so should absolutely be included.

I disagree. Bringing in a whole other case that occurred AFTER the fact with its own set of facts to establish a motive to this case should'nt be allowed. And the defense said they wanted it for the motive.

I would rather Waters have conducted the examination of DO, mainly because the other prosecutor doesn’t have a sleek way of asking questions. However, I think the prosecution has plenty of evidence and the video interviews prove AM had lied since Day 1. The Snapchat video, all the data from phones and the infotainment system, as well as testimony from numerous witnesses, proves that the timeline AM has offered is insufficient to prove he was not responsible for the deaths of MM and PM, in my opinion.

Masterful cross by Griffin here! I’m riveted to this questioning like I’ve never been at any other point in this trial! The witness seems uncomfortable.
