Paul was using his uncle's truck that day -- his uncle's truck was apparently at the house because Paul took it to Moselle. I believe that Maggie's car was also at the house. Buster was not at Moselle at all so his vehicle would not be there. I think the State is implying that the reason there was no other truck than AM's at the kennels when LE arrived was because AM used his own truck to drive everyone down there. JMO.
Exactly! LE wanted to know how they got there. We all wondered for a long time where each vehicle was located.

So far it seems AM drove them there.

The prosecution case right now. We waited 3 weeks for this? Gonna take a Herculean re-direct or Alex is walking from this. I'm so depressed.

Goes to Character, previous bad acts, so should absolutely be included.
Having lawyers as family and friends, and having been involved in a Murder Trial myself, it is absolutely pertinent to the current case.

Masterful cross by Griffin here! I’m riveted to this questioning like I’ve never been at any other point in this trial! The witness seems uncomfortable.

JMO
Well, SLED made many missteps IMPOV. So unprofessional.

And that's why he raised off at the kennels and showered at home and his shoes and shirt were missing.

And we're all remembering the LOUD sound of a hose going at the kennels in PM's Snapchat, right? Thinking that *maybe* AM washed off at the kennels (after all, he was a trial attorney, and KNOWS how important it is to execute search warrants for...evidence; thus, far be it from AM to go washing up inside the house at Moselle...).

By the way, does anyone recall from Miss Shelly's testimony: Did she ever mention having heard AM showering during his unusual 15-20-minute visit the night of June 7, 2021? (I don't recall that, but just thought I'd ask...)

It's fairly obvious by now that the weapons used to commit the two murders were tossed, orrrrr... Were they placed in a very weird place, where no one would ever find them? (I have read that per various comments, but...have no idea if that is true.)

Great question here. If they're so worried about clothes, and they had this snapchat video showing him in different clothes then why did LE make no attempt to retrieve them or ask about them?

Oh no! Onstar data AM vehicle did not go to the kennels.

Back to square one: how did they get to the kennels?

Golf cart?

Once again... many missteps by SLED.

Too bad that DO (now on the stand) has to be the "fall guy" for everyone at SLED lax at doing their professional responsibilities...

Maybe they didn't know about the Snapchat video? At the time they gathered evidence.. Paul's phone was not unlocked until later. Just an opinion offered as an answer.

Did anyone catch that part about Alex's card not working at work that day. I'll go back after today is done, but it was something about someone else had to let him in to the office.. Wonder if this was on purpose that his card didn't work? Maybe he thought he could fudge the times he was at work by not having his card showing times?
I was thinking after the CFO confronted AM that day the firm may have said deactivate his card so if he cones here he can be watched so he doesn't get rid of files?

Wasn't there testimony earlier where they brought up him being heard on camera during the third SLED interview?

That’s exactly what I was thinking. DO is made to look the fool for errors by others who should have done a better job. And all this, the day after his mother passed away …

Getting my phone videos confused, I think.

Well, that's going to be a little hard now trying to sell to a jury that Alex thinks Paul killed Maggie then committed suicide.

For me it's like weapons were lying around the house like loose change, which seems like he had no fear of intruders or threat's that could enter, grab a weapon and go to work, just careless.

That's how it seems to me, as well. I had an uncle who was like that. Lived on a large rural property. I think his idea was that he would be able to get to a gun before any intruder could. He was the type who had a handgun under the couch cushions (born 1907, for reference, lived in the middle of nowhere near the border of CO and Kansas).

I don't think my uncle thought at all about intruders, but he thought a lot about chasing off unwanted people hunting on his land OR, more often, "pests" that he wanted to kill (certain birds, coyotes, etc). Even after he stopped shooting at those pests, he still kept guns laying around. My parents did not permit me to go to his house until I was 18.

My uncle was absolutely certain that he was NOT careless, ha. My dad (his brother) did not agree, exactly.

Your point about Murdaugh not fearing that intruders would stop by and make a random B & E into a much worse crime is well taken.

Yep! The state has no case like I and a couple others have been arguing. 3 weeks leading up to a nothing burger testimony by the lead investigator! Waters didn’t even have the guts to do the direct of this nothing burger. He passed it off to the new guy! JMO
So disagree with you...respectfully
