I agree that AM didn't know he was being recorded at the tree and as soon as he learned the video existed -- he immediately went to Blanca to tell her he was concerned about a photo that was out, and AM wanted to help Blanca remember that he was wearing whatever best suited AM (and not the collared shirt she fixed for him as he walked out the door)!
This is another key point! I hope the state makes a diagram to show all these details. The timeline is what is damning. They need a detailed timeline of how his life was falling apart.. each event in order. These things like him learning the snapchat video of him was out there and he was in xyz outfit, but wasn't in that outfit when police came.. oh crap damage control. I'm curious if any certain question from LE sparked Alex to go see Libby's caretaker. Did LE question his times so he then went to talk to her? Alex lying is a big problem, but could be explained by him experiencing that trauma and not remembering.. but him trying to do damage control after the fact can't be explained by anything other than him trying to cover his tracks.

This examination of Dr. Kinsey is giving us a very clear picture of Paul’s murder scene. Very graphic.
Yes, I needed this visual. This is horrible.

Is that someone standing in bare feet in that closet with all the blood and brain matter???? Sure looks that way to me.

Nevermind. I just read that it was digitally inserted.

Maybe one shot to PM, then MM was shot, and the last shot was to PM.... Was he looking left seeing his mother executed? Just horrible....
Still get the tummy feeling PM took two rounds first assuring he was down then went after MM. Did some test yesterday evening with several of my weapons at my buddies outdoor gun range. I had one of my shotguns on hand as well as my scoped .223 semi auto rifle. Both were loaded at the range then with the .223 slung on shoulder and shotgun at the ready had friend at the ready with a stopwatch. I shouldered then fired 2 rounds of birdshot then leaned it against the bench and quickly shouldered the .223 and fired five rounds, took me less then 7 seconds and even took some steps across the shooting platform. Just making a point about one shooter using several different weapons.

I'm so glad this witness visited the scene, took his own measurements and photographs. It lends much credibility to his testimony.

My God, it sounds like AM shot him from behind, ducked around the corner and waited for PM to make his way to the doorway before shooting him in the head.

This witness appears to be very engaging with the jury
Dr. Kinsey can be easily understood. I follow his explanation of events quite easily. imo.

This seems like some of the most powerful and interesting testimony of the entire trial.

Some days I sit here when they're going over the wounds MM and PM sustained and I watch AM's face as he (IMO) relives it. When his face turns red and he starts his rocking and wiping, I find myself willing him to just jump up and say, "Stop. Enough already. I did it." I know...never gonna happen.

Dr doesn't think it's possible for PM to have shot himself. imo

I hate to do this midday during a trial, but we need a new thread (y’all already knew that :D). I’ll be quick so prepare to move to the new thread…

I love how Dr. Kinsey is able to testify that he doesn’t believe this coukd have been a suicide by PM … important testimony!
