How DH can find this amusing is sick!! The judge should not let him continually make jokes and act the fool. Are people in S.C. really in awe of this guy. Laughing again smh
moo
I think he thinks it makes him likable

Was MM on her knees for the first shot or first fatal shot? in other words was she standing…then fell…or diwn when he started shooting her?

I wonder if she was running and fell.
I think she was standing out by the ATV and heard the gunshots and was going to Paul's aide. Then AM came out from the kennel with the AR15 and shot her in the leg/thigh first while she was standing. IMO

What is the defence lawyer doing! He wants to change where zero degrees is and then claim the angle is 45 degrees rather than 135 degrees?

Getting on my last nerve.

Nerves, shaking may have played a part. A hunter member here said there is an actual term for this possibility...
Buck Fever
My husband is a hunter and has told me it makes the adrenaline pump, hands shake, etc.

Yep that's what he wants to do

From my understanding, she was standing, got the first shot, she bent over and the kill shot went from around her waist area(?) and traveled through the upper body. MOO

Just heard on the Emily D Baker Podcast that AM changed MM's Will days before the murder!
False! Just reference MM's estate probate.

Notice he's trying to lighten the atmosphere and get a reaction out of the jury as well. just another tactic.

Cross underway of Dr. Kinsey. Not speaking from experience but it just seems like a weird angle from which to fire a shotgun at someone (the second shot to Paul).

I wonder if that's going to be the theory they put forward, maybe even by Alex himself if he testifies. He might say that Paul did it and he was there or came on the scene and lied about everything because he didn't want people to know that his son was a killer (again), so he panicked and invented an alibi that he wasn't there. He cleaned up at the scene and hid all the weapons to protect Paul not him.

Even without the contrary forensics, that would be a tough sell, but wouldn't put it past them. It is slightly better than Jodi Arias's "ninjas did it."

He testified for Harpootlian...... hahahahaha.....

  • #119
Why? Because he didn't want to look him in the eye, that's why. AJMO

The defence is trying to convince the jury that this testimony is too complicated for them to understand, so they should ignore it.
