Make it stop! DH has problems with following along. Don't think that is an act. moo
Agreed and some say oh that's his act and ploy but think he lost his court groove many moons ago

So is DH trying to stress life sentence for financial crimes so jurors will be inclined to acquit since AM will be locked up anyway?

Fighting over AM's injury compared to the horrific damage he left at the crime scene. Even his lawyer trying to pump up his injury lol.
Was it ever substantiated the AM was in fact shot?? CE in a New Yorker article previously downloaded here to WS, states he in fact did not shoot AM. That AM caused his own head wound in a manner being unknown to CE.

OMG was there a gun to his head?

I don't know I wasn't in the room with him.

This was great!

Yes, DH most definitely is throwing that out there for the jury IMO

When the bullet creates a trough along the skull which I think was the plan all along. AM just couldn't point it straight at the brain pan and follow through and save all from this clown show.
Right, but there was no injury to the “brain” imo as DH asserts.

Think that as well then Cuz Eddie showed up and had a moment of clarity and said to self "I'm out of here!"

Also, note how quick this was, DH could have easily done cross yesterday afternoon

Exactly but one got to play on the scuff to the head like he was bleeding out and dying on the scene.

I agree fully, I just dont think AM has the stones to take a bullet.

Alex's lawyers hid him in rehab to keep him away from SLED and to get some story together, the rehab being part of it.

IMO

I don't think Harpootlian did his homework. He's sure uppity with the teach. Like pulling the fire alarm to get extra days.

So they force LE into interviewing AM over the phone with defense attorneys snuggling him and now they're challenging the manner of interview. Ha!

The monkeys have left the enclosure.

Circus.

WOW! The defense just crossing lines and I thought the only clown show was at the roadside shooting, double has been poured already.

And then he wants a three day delay for some baloney hearing. Geez.

Don't forget AM got helicoptered to a trauma center for that scratch on his head.

DH … ugh! He is being so argumentative today!

Did y'all notice, first chance to keep an agreement (go straight to custody), AM goes to Almeda. He does as he pleases. Stunning.
